After the nomination period, Tattoo will have a shortlist from the pool of nominees per award category. The top 10 shortlisted nominees per category will be ranked based on a weighted average of online votes (50%) and Klout score (50%). The shortlist will then include the nominees with the highest scores based on social media influence as measured by the number of social media fans, followers, subscribers, retweets, shares, comments, visitors, views, updates frequency & recency, online mentions and Klout. The Online Engagement and Influence score (Klout) shall constitute 50% of the final score of all nominees.
The nominee must be able to provide access of his statistics or insights page to the Tattoo team if data needs to be verified.

Only publicly viewable content will be scored. The Tatt Council will judge the entries based on set criteria and guidelines.
