The original High School musical is back! 9 Works Theatrical brings back the iconic Danny Zuko, Sandy Dumbrowski and the entire Rydell High gang back in Manila this November. Let's get ready to Rock and Roll!
Leading the cast is TV star Gian Magdangal as the good-looking and confident leader of the T-Birds, Danny Zuko. Gian returns after essaying the roles of Robbie Hart in “The Wedding Singer” and Roger in 9WT’s three sold-out productions of “Rent The Musical”. He was recently seen in “Katy!” and the musical production of “Noli Me Tangere”
Playing the role of the cute and naïve Sandra Dee-type Sandy Dumbrowski is singer-actress Frencheska Farr, former winner of the hit reality TV show, Are You The Next Big Star.
Returning to 9WT as the sarcastic and outspoken leader of the Pink Ladies, Betty Rizzo is singer-actress and MYX VJ Iya Villania. Alternating with Iya for the role is Fil-Am actor-singer-songwriter Jennifer Blair–Bianco. Meanwhile fresh faces Rafa Siguion-Reyna and Carla Dunareanu play Kenickie and Marty.
