Down To Mars: New Pinoy InterPop Boy Band, with first single "My Everything"

Down to Mars, dubbed as the Philippines’ first ever INTER-POP music group, has launched a new album under Polyest Records.  The new band said that their group’s name, “Down to Mars” is inspired by the idiom ‘down-to-earth’, which connotes extreme humility.
Down to Mars  comprise 7 talented yet diverse music artists with mixed asian races but all with Filipino blood. The group is made up of half-Japanese Daisuke Hagihara, half-Chinese Kenji Chua, Yheen Valero, Sky Young, Jang Seung and half-Koreans Kiro Rivera and Jeong Won. This all-male group was formed and managed by dance choreographer and talent builder- Geleen Eugenio way back in 2011.
The self-titled first album is out now under PolyEast Records Philippines with the following tracks  composed by Kenjie, Jang and Jeongwon.

My Everything
O, Oh here We Are
Fly
Fool’s Paradise
Nandito Lang Ako
My Everything (Funk Avy Remix)

Moreover, at the group’s album launch and press conference on May 22 at Dolce Bar, Timog Morato, Quezon City, they announced that the Tourism Department has tapped Down to Mars will represent the Philippines at the National Day of Korea on July 22, 2012 when they make their bid for international recognition by performing three songs , two in English and one in Korean.
Special thanks to PolyEast Records Philippines for inviting me and witnessing this new talented boy band - Down To Mars!
