Resorts World Manila brings world-class competition to the country not only by exposing local athletes to international play, but also by putting the Philippines on the international golfing radar.
The Resorts World Manila Masters Golf Tournament 2014 launch was held at the RWM Genting Club, July 23, 2014. Present were (L-R) Manila Southwoods Golf and Country Club Chairman Bob SobrepeƱa, Resorts World Manila Chief Operating Officer Stephen Reilly, Asian Tour Chairman Kyi Hla Han, and 918.com Marketing Director Maideline Aure.

With the inaugural success and subsequent return of the Resorts World Manila Masters presented by 918.com, the golf and tourism sectors in the Philippines have now received a major boost that further elevates its stature both locally and globally.

The second edition of the Resorts World Manila Masters on the Asian Tour will offer a record prize fund of US$1 million in November, officials announced today. The 2nd Resorts World Manila (RWM) Masters' world-class golf competition set to take place from November 20 to 23, 2014, to be held at the prestigious Manila Southwoods Golf & Country Club.

One of Asia’s leading online casino companies with First Cagayan Leisure and Resort Corporation (FCLRC) license from the Philippines, 918.com offers entertainment to gaming enthusiasts as well as cooperating with famous international software providers.

The inaugural Resorts World Manila Masters went down as one of the most exciting battles ever seen on the Asian Tour with Chinese star Liang Wen-chong coming from behind to pip Thailand’s Prom Meesawat in a thrilling play-off.

It also witnessed a gratifying act of kindness by the Chinese champion, who donated half of his prize winnings towards the relief efforts in the country following the damage caused by Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda).
