Michael Jackson's Daughter, Paris, Visits Ellen Degeneres Show

I've watched a very special and enjoyable TV episode program of  The Ellen Degeneres Show last week!

Michael Jackson's daughter Paris Jackson has given her first-ever solo interview in an episode of 'The Ellen Degeneres Show' which aired December 15, 2011.

Paris chatted with Ellen about many things revealing herself, the best advice her father ever gave her,  her new film project, her attempt at having a "normal" childhood.

Paris explained what it felt like for herself and her siblings, Prince and Blanket, to wear disguises for most of their young lives.

"I'm like, 'this is stupid. why am I wearing a mask?' But I kind of realized the older I got like he only tried to protect us and he'd explain that to us too," she said.

"I do have like a regular childhood," Paris said.  "I mean, I'm treated the same. When I came to my new school, they didn't know who I was. I was like, 'Yes, I have a chance to be normal."

Paris will voice the lead character in the upcoming action-animation hybrid as Lundon, a human in this  fantasy adventure in which "sea magic turns a dolphin into a human, a teenage boy into a dragonfly and a loving jellyfish queen into an evil fairy godmother."  This is "Lundon's Bridge and the Three Keys," an adaptation of the fantasy series based on writer Dennis Christen's novels.

When Ellen asked her any memorable advice from father gave her.  She said,

"If I die tomorrow, always remember what I told you.' and I took his advice and I remember everything that he told me."

CHRISTMAS Special : The Meaning of the Advent Wreaths

Most Advent wreaths use three colors – purple, pink, and white. Some nowadays may use blue in place of the purple.

Purple symbolizing repentance and fasting. It is also the color of royalty, demonstrating the anticipation and reception of the coming King celebrated during Advent. Many churches have begun to use blue instead of purple, as a means of distinguishing Advent from Lent.

Pink represents joy or rejoicing and reveals a shift in the season away from repentance and toward celebration.

White representing purity. Christ is the sinless, spotless, pure Savior. Also, those who receive Christ as Savior are washed of their sins and made whiter than snow. It is the color of the center Advent candle.

1st Candle :  Purple Candle
THE PROPHECY CANDLE or CANDLE OF HOPE

We can have hope because God is faithful and will keep the promises made to us. Our hope comes from God. May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” (Romans 15:12-13)

2nd  Candle : Purple Candle
THE BETHLEHEM CANDLE or THE CANDLE OF PREPARATION

Preparation means to “get ready”. Help us to be ready to welcome You, O God! ‘A voice of one calling in the desert, ‘Prepare the way for the Lord, make straight paths for him. Every valley shall be filled in, every mountain and hill made low. The crooked roads shall become straight, the rough ways smooth. And all mankind will see God’s salvation.‘
(Luke 3:4-6)

3rd Candle :  Pink Candle
THE SHEPHERD CANDLE or THE CANDLE OF JOY

The angels sang a message of Joy! “…and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn. And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, ‘Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.’ Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, ‘Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests.’ When the angels had left them and gone into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, ‘Let’s go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about.”
(Luke 2:7-15)

4th Candle :  Purple Candle
THE ANGEL CANDLE or THE CANDLE OF LOVE

The angles announced the good news of a Savior.  God sent his only Son to earth to save us, because he loves us! “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.” (John 3:16-17)

5th Candle :  White Candle
“CHRIST CANDLE”

The white candle reminds us that Jesus is the spotless lamb of God, sent to wash away our sins! His birth was for his death, his death was for our birth! “The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, ‘Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!‘”
(John 1:29)

“Now there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a member of the Jewish ruling council. He came to Jesus at night and said, ‘Rabbi, we know you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the miraculous signs you are doing if God were not with him.’ In reply Jesus declared, ‘I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.’ ‘How can a man be born when he is old?’ Nicodemus asked. ‘Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother’s womb to be born!’ Jesus answered, ‘I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.‘”
(John 3:1-8)

A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes

We dream when we fall asleep. We dream many different things. And we live as we dream. The best dreams happen when we are awake. To accomplish great things, we must not only act but also dream, not only dream but also believe.  Wherever you go, go with all your heart. You are never given a wish without also being given the power to make it come true. However, we may have to work for it. Dreams come true when we wake up in them. As we dream, so we become. As we create our wishes, so they create us. I know God will not give us anything we can't handle.  Our lives will be changed, will be better and be exactly what we dream and we wish.

I have my dreams, i believe that my dreams will come true.  And my dream - is a wish my heart makes.

A dream is a wish your heart makes

When you're fast asleep

In dreams you lose your heartaches

Whatever you wish for, you keep

Have faith in your dreams and someday
Your rainbow will come smiling thru
No matter how your heart is grieving
If you keep on believing
the dream that you wish will come true

Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes" is a song written and composed by Mack David, Al Hoffman and Jerry Livingston for the Walt Disney film Cinderella (1950). In the song Cinderella (as sung by Ilene Woods) encourages her animal friends to never stop dreaming, and that theme continues throughout the entire story.

His Wonderful Ways

This morning sun shines with its golden rays
Let your heart rejoice in wonderful ways

Belong to the Lord, continue to pray
Nothing will harm you the rest of your days

The Lord, He protects His children, that's so
His band of angels with trumpets they blow

They fly around us and therefore we know
That He is with us wherever we go

With Jesus inside, there is nothing to fear
No need to be scared or to cry a tear

My spirit rejoices for He is near
Accept His comfort, His voice you will hear

He says, "Don't be scared and loud we must sing."
As the angels make all of heaven ring

Their voices so pretty like birds in spring
Mighty our Father all hail to the King.

Never borrow from the future

An Angel says, 'Never borrow from the future. If you worry about what may happen tomorrow and it doesn't happen, you have worried in vain. Even if it does happen, you have to worry twice.'

1. Pray
2. Go to bed on time.
3. Get up on time so you can start the day unrushed.
4. Say No to projects that won't fit into your time schedule, or that will compromise your mental health.
5. Delegate tasks to capable others.

6. Simplify and unclutter your life.
7. Less is more. (Although one is often not enough, two are often too many.)
8. Allow extra time to do things and to get to places.
9. Pace yourself. Spread out big changes and difficult projects over time; don't lump the hard things all together.
10. Take one day at a time.

11. Separate worries from concerns . If a situation is a concern, find out what God would have you do and let go of the anxiety . If you can't do anything about a situation, forget it.
12. Live within your budget; don't use credit cards for ordinary purchases.
13. Have backups; an extra car key in your wallet, an extra house key buried in the garden, extra stamps, etc.
14. K.M.S. (Keep Mouth Shut). This single piece of advice can prevent an enormous amount of trouble.
15. Do something for the Kid in You everyday.

16. Carry a Bible with you to read while waiting in line.
17. Get enough rest
18. Eat right.
19 Get organized so everything has its place.
20. Listen to a tape while driving that can help improve your quality of life.

21. Write down thoughts and inspirations.
22. Every day, find time to be alone.
23. Having problems? Talk to God on the spot. Try to nip small problems in the bud. Don't wait until it's time to go to bed to try and pray.
24. Make friends with Godly people.
25. Keep a folder of favorite scriptures on hand.

26. Remember that the shortest bridge between despair and hope is often a good 'Thank you Jesus '
27. Laugh.
28. Laugh some more!
29. Take your work seriously, but not yourself at all.
30. Develop a forgiving attitude (most people are doing the best they can).

31. Be kind to unkind people (they probably need it the most).
32. Sit on your ego
33 Talk less; listen more.
34. Slow down.
35. Remind yourself that you are not the general manager of the universe.

36 Every night before bed, think of one thing you're grateful for that you've never been grateful for before. GOD HAS A WAY OF TURNING THINGS AROUND FOR YOU.
'If God is for us, who can be against us?' (Romans 8:31)

Just have fun !

Life is what we make it. We are the only ones who can make ourselves happy or sad. If we allow others to give us reason not to enjoy life, it will be our fault. Happiness is a choice as they say. And i believe that.

Me, I don't want to regret what i did in my life , but i will definitely regret what  i did not do. That's why , at my age, i still go out , go to places i want, enjoy being with friends, family, people with happy disposition in life, and continue to walk with them in this journey called Life!  Have Fun !
