“Unbreak My Heart,” the first collaboration of GMA Network and ABS-CBN Corporation with an ensemble cast - starring Jodi, Richard, Gabbi, and Joshua, airs on TV on GMA, online on GMANetwork.com, iWantTFC, and Viu

Jodi Sta. Maria, Richard Yap, Gabbi Garcia, and Joshua Garcia push the bounds of forbidden love that may break the hearts of those they hold dear in “Unbreak My Heart,” the first collaboration of GMA Network and ABS-CBN Corporation with an ensemble cast led by their formidable stars.

The romantic-drama series premieres this May 29 on GMA Telebabad, Pinoy Hits, and I Heart Movies at 9:35 PM from Mondays to Thursdays, 11:25 PM on GTV, and it is also available on GMA Pinoy TV and TFC. It will also stream 48 hours before its TV broadcast in the Philippines on GMANetwork.com and iWantTFC, as well as in 16 territories outside of the Philippines on Viu beginning on May 27.
“Unbreak My Heart” follows the compelling story of Rose (Jodi), a woman who is desperate to heal her shattered heart and atone for her sins by rebuilding the family that she has lost. In her journey, she falls in love and gets entangled in a May-September love affair with the charming Renz (Joshua), an equally wounded soul who helps Rose fill the void in her heart.

Later on, Renz falls in love with a young and beautiful girl named Alex (Gabbi), who sees Renz as her knight in shining armor and is willing to fight for her love for him.

As Rose, Renz, and Alex get caught in a love triangle, their relationships will be thwarted with even more pain and suffering as their lives take a darker turn when Matt (Richard) meddles with their affairs in order to protect his family.

Will Rose fight for Renz even if Alex is already in his life? Will Rose get the forgiveness she’s been longing for or will Matt make her face the consequences of her sins?

“Unbreak My Heart,” which was shot in the scenic locations of Switzerland, Italy, and the Philippines, is directed by Emmanuel Q. Palo and Dolly Dulu and produced by Dreamscape Entertainment. The series also stars industry veterans Laurice Guillen, Eula Valdes, Sunshine Cruz, Nikki Valdez, Romnick Sarmenta, and Victor Neri, with Dionne Monsanto, PJ Endrinal, Maey Bautista, Marvin Yap, and Mark Rivera, and up-and-coming young actors Will Ashley, Jeremiah Lisbo, and Bianca de Vera.

The official soundtrack of “Unbreak My Heart” will feature songs by Christian Bautista, Bey, and Moira dela Torre.

Jodi goes all out in revenge game in last three weeks of “The Broken Marriage Vow: The Shocking Part”

torn apart by her husband’s betrayal, Jill (Jodi Sta. Maria) is ramping up her efforts to protect her dignity and her son Gio (Zaijian Jaranilla) as her rage reaches new heights in the last three weeks of “The Broken Marriage Vow: The Shocking Part” on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, and TV5.


Jill has had enough of David’s (Zanjoe Marudo) scheming tactics as she made it clear to her ex-husband that she wants him out of her and Gio’s lives for good since they were unable to separate amicably. Despite Gio’s deep resentment, David’s interference in their affairs remains persistently dangerous.

Because of David’s obsession, Jill refuses to be dragged into his web of lies and is hell-bent on letting Lexy (Sue Ramirez), David’s wife, know that he isn’t done with his philandering ways - after confessing that she and David spent a steamy night together.

As her once seemingly perfect life spirals out of control, Lexy’s doubts about David’s infidelity will begin to haunt her. David, on the other hand, will remain coy about his wrongdoings as he struggles to maintain his relationships with not only Jill and Gio, but with Lexy and her entire family as well.

Meanwhile, Gio will continue to be caught between his warring parents as he struggles with his anxiety caused by the traumatic experiences within their family.

Will Jill succeed in protecting Gio by driving David and Lexy out of their lives? Will Lexy and David’s relationship survive their impending problems?

Jodi Sta. Maria is torn between two lovers in Star Cinema's 'The Achy Breaky Hearts!'

Help Jodi choose between two handsome gentlemen in 'The Achy Breaky Hearts' this coming June 29 in theaters nationwide.

Directed by Antoinette Jadaone, "The Achy Breaky Hearts" starring Ian Veneracion, Richard Yap, and Jodi Sta. Maria.


In the story, Jodi is Chinggay, a smart, beautiful, and successful woman in her 30s who's had not a boyfriend for seven years until Frank (Richard), Chinggay's ex-boyfriend for four years and Ryan (Ian), who Chinggay helped after his engagement proposal got rejected, entered her heart.

Chinggay (Jodi Sta. Maria), a jewelry shop manager, is one of the single women who feels the pressure to find love. She goes out on dates with men but none of them seem to make the cut. You may blame her high standards but the pain from her previous relationship could also be affecting her judgment on men. Now, her love life is suffering a drought for seven years.

Everything changes when suddenly, two men are interested to be with her. Ryan (Ian Veneracion) and Frank (Richard Yap).

Chinggay finds herself torn between two kinds of love. Will she choose one over the other? Or will she realize that the love that she needs won’t come from either?

Jodi and Thirdy joins the Jollibee family as the latest Jolly Spaghetti endorsers

Celebrity mom and certified Jollibee fan proud to share endorsement experience with son


Jollibee recently welcomed Jodi and Thirdy as the newest brand ambassadors for Jolly Spaghetti during the media launch held at the Ortigas Roosevelt branch. Jodi and Thirdy, who stars in the latest TV commercial for Jolly Spaghetti, shared their own personal experiences, from happy memories when she was a kid and to how she now enjoys the same bonding moments with Thirdy. The Jolly Spaghetti Sweet-Sarap Moments event also featured fun games for the media guests and their kids.

Jodi confesses to being a certified Batang Jollibee, even before she got into show business. Her mother worked hard to raise Jodi and her siblings, but made sure to devote her Saturdays to quality time over her children’s favorite Jollibee treats.


“Every Saturday, iti-treat niya kami sa Jollibee sa may Landmark food court,” Jodi recalled. “Talagang masasabi ko na kinalakihan ko si Jollibee. At hindi lang ‘yon, kasi bawat party, bawat celebration, talagang naging part siya ngfamily namin at ng pamilyang Pilipino.”

Growing up, Jodi said she would often order Jolly Spaghetti and Jolly Hotdog, and it became staples in her bonding moments with her mom. Now that she’s a mother herself, she wants to pass on the same joyful experience to Thirdy. The 10-year old loves the cheesy, meaty, and sweet-sarap flavors of Jolly Spaghetti.

“Wala akong nakilalang bata na gusto ng maasim na spaghetti,” the actress remarked candidly. “Especially Filipino children. I believe na nakuha ng Jollibee ‘yung manamis-namis na timpla na hinahanap-hanap ng bawat batang Pilipino.”

Jodi remains simple even with her celebrity status and recent accolades for her stellar TV performances. Despite her busy schedule, she makes sure that spending quality time with Thirdy is her priority, just as her own mother did years ago.


The actress related that she and Thirdy can spend hours upon hours just talking about anything, especially over their favorite Jolly Spaghetti. They often order “C3,” the Jolly Spaghetti and Chickenjoy combo, for delivery or drive-thru.

“Sa hapagkainan, that’s where the bonding happens. Nakakatuwa si Thirdy when you spend time with him. He’s a very opinionated child. Baka pwede siyang maging lawyer,” Jodi proudly added.

ABS-CBN Foundation's Campaign “We Believe in The Power of Good” launch with celebrity Ambassadors Piolo Pascual, Bea Alonzo, Gerald Anderson, Robi Domingo and Jodi Sta. Maria

ABS-CBN Foundation International has made international headlines recently for stellar achievements: its record-breaking North America fundraising telethon partnership with ABS-CBN The Filipino Channel (TFC) and its news program, Balitang America, to help victims of Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) through its program Sagip Kapamilya in 2013; its Norcal Emmy Award for its “Fighting For Survival” PSA with Filipino American middleweight mixed martial artist and UFC fighter Mark Munoz under the category Spot Announcements-Community Public Service (PSA) Single Spot or Campaign; and the 18th anniversary celebration in March this year in Hollywood for its program Bantay Bata (Child Watch)


But ABS-CBN Foundation International wants people to know that it has much more to offer to people who want to help. Thus, it launched its “We Believe in The Power of Good” campaign and was joined by top Filipino celebrities as campaign ambassadors: Bea Alonzo for Bantay Bata; Gerald Anderson for Sagip Kapamilya; Robi Domingo for Programa Genio; Jodi Sta Maria for BayaniJuan; and Piolo Pascual for Bantay Kalikasan.

“The ‘We Believe in The Power of Good’ campaign is a movement that we created to bring positive change to the lives of millions in the Philippines through our various programs,” said ABS-CBN Foundation International Managing Director Jo Ann Kyle. “We have partnered with business owners and/or corporations who believe in what we’re doing and also developed a Power of Good seal which is awarded to our partners/donors who are one with us in serving the community. The ‘power of good’ is not just kind words and good intentions, though they are an inherent part of it; but it is more of positive energy and meaningful outcomes resulting from authentic, responsible and strategic acts of goodness. Below are the core programs of ABS-CBN Foundation International:

SAGIP KAPAMILYA (Family Rescue) – Advocacy: Disaster Relief – conducts disaster relief and humanitarian assistance in calamity-stricken areas with the aim of enabling affected victims, families and communities rebuild their lives and begin sustainable rehabilitation programs.



PROGRAMA GENIO (Program Genius) – Advocacy: Education – Programa Genio envisions discovering and developing the inherent genio or genius in every child. The program, which works in cooperation with the school division of the Department of Education, aims to propagate school reform in public elementary schools and bring quality education to the underprivileged.




BANTAY BATA (Child Watch) – Advocacy: Child Welfare – Asia’s model for child welfare program that rescues, protects, rehabilitates and educates sick, abused and at-risk children



BAYANIJUAN (Juan’s Town) – Advocacy: Community Development – BayaniJuan is a community development, relocation and outreach program where we teach locals the skills and livelihood to become self-sufficient and uplift their quality of life; it also aims to provide underprivileged families and informal settlers a sense of rootedness and acess to basic services.



BANTAY KALIKASAN (Nature Watch) – Advocacy: Environment Conservation & Protection – our program that supports the cause of environmental and natural heritage conservation and the socio-economic uplifting of local Philippine communities through the principle of sustainable development and development of ecotourism sites.

ABS-CBN's Top Rating Teleseries "Be Careful with my Heart" World Tour Starting this March!

"Be Careful with my Heart" is the story about a simple girl MAYA DELA ROSA (Jodi Sta. Maria) who journeys to the big city to follow her dreams to become a flight stewardess to help her family. And meet the handsome SIR CHIEF ( Richard Yap), and family. Maya encounters bigger challenges that will test her strength and will challenge even her own heart.  Because she falls in love with the kids and with Richard himself.

This is ABS-CBN's no.1 daytime "kilig-serye" as we call it, with love and romance comedy that many people fell in love to Maya, Sir Chief, Baby Abby and all characters.

During the Thanksgiving Press Conference held at the ABS-CBN restaurant last February 25, they officially announced that "Be Careful with my Heart" cast led by Jodi Sta. Maria (Maya) and Richard Yap (Sir Chief), is going on a world tour to thank the global Filipinos for their phenomenal support to ABS-CBN's no.1 daytime kilig-serye. Maya, Sir Chief and their families are set to visit Asia, Middle East, USA and Europe starting this March!
The cast will fly to the Middle East in March; USA and Canada in May; Europe in August; and Japan in November.

“Be Careful With My Heart” has changed the daytime viewing of the whole nation since it premiered last July 2012. Now, almost seven months on-air, the show has achieved several milestones. The daytime teleserye enjoyed high TV ratings nationwide that are comparable to primetime shows. Its soundtrack sold so well to achieve a gold status. Its mall shows were such a hit that thousands of fans flock to every event, in any location.
The show was such a big hit that it quickly invaded the digital world as it managed to become a daily hot topic on social networking sites like Twitter, one of the most liked fanpages on Facebook and the most viewed program in the video-on-demand site iWanTV with more than 25 million page views as of January 2013. 

It has also won the hearts of global Filipinos as proven by its record of being the most viewed program on The Filipino Channel’s TFC.TV with 3.2 million page views as of January 2013. Jodi is looking forward to making the rounds of the various outlets that sell Cosmo Body along with her other duties as the health supplement’s endorser.  In fact, she is now finalizing and double-checking her schedule so that her nationwide sorties for Cosmo Body will be truly special.
