O+ Bench + Joseph Marco’s New Adventure

Fashion and Technology . . . as the two ever-changing worlds of fashion and technology have grown more competitive than ever, we have come to realize that the key is, “keep up or be left behind.” Interlinking individuals through the power of mobile technology has tremendously become more of a need than a statement of luxury, similar to the case of fashion where trends come and go and modern consumers are always on the prowl for the next big thing.
The two are undoubtedly united by key elements to thrive: innovation and democracy. With constant reinvention remaining as the driving force of these worlds’ operations, the clamoring market has been granted access to their needs and wants.
Fashion, today, has been accessed not just by the chosen few, and technology has paved the way to an interconnected way of living. And so, what better way to celebrate limitless possibilities than to meld these worlds into one.

Bound by the common thread of pushing for endless possibilities, Bench/, in its silver year, ushers in a seamless marriage of talent and vision with O+, the US-born Android mobile technology brand.

Enjoying 25 years of dominance in the market of fashion faithful, Bench/ has tremendously undergone evolution along with its clout of Filipino fashion lovers. The retail giant has cemented a name that has bridged markets of varying social brackets without compromising its design stamp and persona.
On the other hand, O+’s Android series has recently broken ground in local shores. Work and play come hand in hand in its lineup of smart phones and tablets. Aiming to make a dent in the tech-savvy market, O+ brings in revolutionary partners for the young and young-at-heart who are always on the go.
And one with O+’s vision of limitless possibilities, through the revolutionary Air Shuffle technology, today’s Android brings us to greater heights by allowing swifter navigation using the unique motion sensor that allows users to easily switch FM radio stations, browse stored photos and music with one swoosh of the wrist, even capture Instagram-worthy moments without the need to touch the capture button.
In this unique collaboration, O+’s young ideals mesh with the 25-year tradition of excellence and ingenuity established by Bench/.
With the guiding principle of sharing without limits, last December 2, 2012 at the new Glorietta 1 Activity Center Bench/ and O+ were set to cultivate a new-breed of Filipino fashionistas by highlighting unsung heroes in the world of fashion—the stylists.
A first in the country, invited are six celebrity stylists, Sidney Yap, Adrian Concepcion, Ton Lao, Myrrh Lao To, Edlene Cabral, and Kate Paras, who compete in an exemplary display of creativity, vision, and technique. Each stylist will head a team of make up artists and hair experts to produce five (5) coherently-styled looks fusing elements derived from Bench/ and O+.
Each collection were judged on creativity, originality, and relevance to the theme. The judges in the competition are esteemed names in fashion and entertainment: top designers Randy Ortiz and JC Buendia, Manila Bulletin’s Liza Ilarde, Preview’s Vince Uy, Philippine Daily Inquirer’s JJ San Juan, Philippine Star’s Christopher De Venecia PMAP President Phoemela Barranda, and Bench endorser Joseph Marco.
Fashion and technology display an exemplary union with Bench and O+ pushing for going beyond the ordinary. Coinciding with the competition, the biggest supersale on fashion and technology was also been mounted by Bench and O+ at the new Glorietta Activity Center from 1PM-9PM.

As I'm enjoying a wonderful world with a thousand reasons to be blend with a thousand teas. Teas to feel, look and be healthy, to live longer and always to blend to fit with a tea.

Today, the idea of a tea hubs or coffee house usually brings to mind a cozy place that serves gourmet coffee, hot and cold flavored tea, espresso drinks, with couches to lounge in while you sip.
More than just a beverage, tea has become a social art form. For adding flavor to society and changing perspective, tea, like refinement and class.

More than that, people who drink tea often do as part of an overall health habit or weight loss program, which includes exercise, a change in diet.

Drinking tea goes back thousands of years. For the past years , I have read, researched and practiced tea drinking as my health  habit for my whole family. We have tea plant in an old residence many years ago. We took care even the tea plants, get some leaves, washed and boiled them up, and used them not only as tea drink. We used some of the boiled teas as part of the bath also especially for my kids, to have them smooth skin. Tea plants help in keeping the skin looking good while making the entire body feel good.
It is important for people to eat a healthy diet and get plenty of exercise as a means of stimulating weight loss. There are teas that also give an energy boost without the crash caffeine will give. Some have strong flavors, while others are mild.

It is only a question of finding the right blend for the right cup.

From online hearthrob to newest recording artist: Kimpoy Feliciano releases debut album

I've met Kimpoy for the first time during the "Kimpoy Feliciano Media Conference" presented by Universal Records, Orion Entertainment, Pinoy Song Magazine and LionHearTV December 6 held at the Universal Towers in Quezon Avenue.
I have heard  his songs in radio, seen him in his guestings in some TV shows, and in many YouTube. I am really glad, that he is one of talented young celebrities and now as the social media Filipino teen sensation. Amazingly, he has built his fanbase by being crazy boy -next-door cute , as people say that he is "pa-cute" with his "pinoy banats" and love musings via youtube, twitter and tumblr.

Paolo "Kimpoy" Vivas Feliciano, nowadays, the online hearthrob  with his undeniable charm, wit, and down-to-earth personality, no has amassed a solid following in cyberspace with more than 430,000 followers on Twitter, 100,000 on Facebook, 100,000 on Tumblr, and more than 2,000,000 views on Youtube. This phenomenon paved the way for doors of opportunities to open for this online sensation, currently based in New Zealand.

Kimpoy launched his self-titled debut album, produced by Universal Records, to a multitude of supporters who packed the SM Manila Entertainment Center last Friday. The album includes the hit Ikaw Lang, which topped the www.mymusicstore.com.ph charts for two weeks and figured prominently in the MYX Daily Top 10 for almost three weeks. The song is also enjoying favorable airplay on radio.

“I am humbled and overwhelmed first with the trust and support given to me by Universal Records. I really never thought that I’d be given my own album, so nagpapasalamat talaga ako,” expresses Kimpoy.

“Aside from that, I am also equally grateful to all my friends/followers that showed support during my launch. Nakakataba ng puso na maraming nagpunta at nagbigay ng suporta.”

Aside from Ikaw Langthe album also includes Kimpoy’s renditons of Ngiti, Right Next To Me, I’ll Be Your Hero, Una at Huling Mamahalin, and Alipin, which he dedicates to all his followers. The album, produced by multi-platinum producer Ito Rapadas, comes with a DVD of all the album’s music videos.

Four years ago, Kimpoy’s family decided to migrate to Dunedin, New Zealand. Just like any kid in his situation then, he had no choice but to oblige in his family’s decision to move to a new place, away from his other family, friends, and classmates.

“It was very hard for me when my family decided to move to Dunedin. I had to leave everyone behind. When we left for Dunedin, it was one of the saddest days in my life,” says the 19-year-old Kimpoy, who is currently a second year Business Management Student in University of Otago.

“Who would have known that because of that sadness, I would connect to more people in the Philippines through social media? Talagang everything happens for a reason and I am blessed that I have friends from everywhere now. Talagang no boundaries.”

The support of these new friends made Kimpoy one of the most influential Filipinos on Twitter, according to social media analytics site Klout.com. He ranked third in the survey, where he is the lone non-TV star.
Kimpoy graced the cover of the September issue of Pinoy Song Magazine, which is his first magazine cover.
