Carrier Smart+Cool System : Concepcion Carrier delivers Fast, Simple and Easy with the revolutionary Smart+Cool

Concepcion-Carrier Air Conditioning Company (CCAC) recently unveiled the Carrier Smart+Cool System at the Maybank Theater in BGC. This revolution in the Philippine cooling industry will bring the practical benefits of smart aircons to the mainstream market, making life easier faster and simpler for its customers.

Today’s consumers have been exposed to a wide range of cutting-edge technology that eventually becomes mainstream. These innovations end up being part of their daily lives, thus shaping both their behaviour and their expectations for life in general.

After much research, Concepcion-Carrier Air Conditioning Company (CCAC) found that many consumers want experiences that revolve around three aspects: Fast, Simple and Easy. In response, it is now making efforts to deliver these in the air conditioning category.

The company’s goal is to provide end-to-end solutions for customers that make their cooling experiences the best they could possibly be with less fuss and in less time, with the ability to be customized to their specific needs and wants.

Making this happen requires a combination of cutting-edge technology, excellent products and reliable after-sales service, something which the company has steadily been preparing for.

Together with its companion app, the Carrier Smart+Cool System can help you manage your monthly budget. It allows you to monitor and track how much energy, in peso amounts, your aircon has consumed in real time, and even alert you before you go past your electrical consumption limit. The system informs you when your aircon is no longer working efficiently and making you use more power. No more bill shock!

With the new Carrier Smart+Cool System, you can have cooling just the way you like it. You can turn on your aircon from wherever you are. You could be a few feet away, or stuck in traffic on the way home and still look forward to a cool welcome when you arrive.

Want your aircon to turn on and off at different times on different days? You can do that too, and even change the temperature. These controls are simple to use but give a much more complete experience.

The Carrier Smart+Cool System also makes cooling more relaxing and easier for you. It warns you when your aircon needs to be cleaned, and makes getting service easy with a customer service chat function. You will even have updates on the status of the service personnel during cleaning, and you can even pay for it online. Much easier for you than ever before!

The company plans to make the experience of its Filipino customers very painless and stress-free by providing information on DIY repairs, giving them complete knowledge on their warranties with notifications on when they will expire, and offering rewards such as special gifts or discounts for being loyal customers.

At the event, CCAC also launched innovative products for Filipino consumers. Among these was the Klarwind Duo 2 In1 Bundle, a first in the retail market that combines a slimpac and a high-wall aircon with one multi-split outdoor unit. It gives you triple savings on acquisition, installation and maintenance costs, and is inexpensive to run with a high energy efficiency rating of 19 combined performance.

The company’s plans for 2018 show how it is changing along with the evolving needs of the aircon market. Making things fast, simple and easy is the right way to delight and satisfy its customers, whom it always puts at the heart of its business. This is what drives the company to deliver the unique Carrier experience.

Aiai considered Country Bankers Insurance Group (CBIG) because for the longest time the company has provided affordable insurance services to those who can't afford to get insurance plans. An advocate, AiAi also shared that with the help of Country Bankers , she also able to give her loyal fans insurance plans.

CBLIC Marks its 53rd anniversary in March

In its more than five decades of existence, Country Bankers has never faltered in its commitment to provide simple and affordable insurance that Filipino families really need.

“There have always been challenges that need to be overcome but we remain solid and committed to serving the needs of the common Filipino. Through the years we have proven to be reliable insurers by reaching out  to our target market and giving them the insurance that answer their needs,” says Atty. Romeo G. Velasquez, president of Country Bankers Insurance Group (CBIG).

LEGACY OF EMPOWERMENT

Upon Country Bankers Life Insurance Corporation’s (CBLIC) establishment on March 28, 1965, founding president Jose E. Desiderio, Sr., started to address the insurance needs in rural areas, catering to small and medium business entrepreneurs, farmers, fishermen, and public school teachers - a market that had been untapped in the ‘60s.

Country Bankers found its niche as the choice insurance provider in the countryside and allowed rural folks to avail of an affordable, reliable insurance plan that had previously been unavailable to them.
This legacy of accessible insurance to low-income Filipinos has been passed on to the Desiderio family’s third-generation members who are now running the company.  At its helm is Geraldine Desiderio-Garcia, senior vice president and general manager of CBIG.

SIMPLE, STRAIGHTFORWARD SERVICE

CBIG has two subsidiaries: Country Bankers Life Insurance Corporation (CBLIC), a life insurance provider, and Country Bankers Insurance Corporation (CBIC), for non-life insurance products. Both have stayed on track in giving Filipinos straightforward and non-intimidating insurance options.

“We have made insurance very simple. While we offer basic insurance products, we try to be as relevant as possible to the market we serve,” says Garcia.

For example, CBIG’s micro-insurance products help educate Filipinos on the benefits of insurance by promoting its value to a broader market. A larger consciousness on the advantages of insurance is instrumental in protecting disadvantaged Filipinos, who face heavier burdens during times of catastrophe and financial distress.

“Insurance helps families cope with life’s challenges by ensuring dreams are fulfilled,” says Garcia, who attributes Country Bankers’ success to the Filipinos’ love for their families and the value they put in education.

For several years now, CBIG continues to develop a wide array of insurance plans that are not only practical and relevant, but also provide the necessary support for plan holders in times of need.

Among these is the Classic Benefit Plan that offers insurance protection up to age 96 and is payable in a three-, five-, seven-, or ten-year period. Alalay sa Buhay (ASB), on the other hand, provides renewable one-year insurance to individuals 13-70 years old for only Php 365, with natural and accidental death benefits. ASB is also available for families and seniors, with ASB family being renewable up to age 70 for principal insured and covers up to 3 to 5 family members for only Php 750 for one unit.  ASB for Seniors covers individuals ages 71-80 and offers insurance for one year for only Php 1,000 for one unit.

AN ALLY TO FILIPINOS

CBIG ceaselessly works on ways to innovate its products, to better serve the market it now has, and further expand its reach.

“I want our company to be known as a “company with a heart” and a company that can be relied upon to deliver its commitment. We will continue to deliver what we promise to give,” concludes Garcia.

As CBLIC continues to evolve as a company, it remains true to its core values - sincere, dependable service to farmers, fishermen, small and medium business owners, employees, and teachers, mostly from rural areas.
