Philippine Airlines (PAL) plans to resume selected international flights in June

Philippine Airlines (PAL) plans to fly a reduced number of weekly flights on “most” domestic routes and “selected” international routes starting June 1.

PAL has suspended all domestic and international flights to and from its hubs in Manila, Cebu and Clark until May 31.

PAL will announce the list of operating flights and routes for June “once the details are finalised”. It added that the resumptions of flights in June depends on “Covid-19 conditions” as well as “community quarantine restrictions”, travel bans imposed by various governments and “their impact on passenger demand”, and the “safety situation” in the destinations PAL is offering flights to.

In March, the Philippines imposed an enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) in Luzon, which is a total lockdown that restricts movement except for necessity, work, and health circumstances, in response to the coronavirus crisis. On May 12, the government announced that only Metro Manila and Laguna in Luzon would be under a modified ECQ from May 16 to May 31, according to Bloomberg.

The Philippines, like a number of governments worldwide, has issued entry restrictions and quarantine requirements in light of the ongoing coronavirus crisis.

Currently, Philippine citizens and their foreign spouse/children are permitted to enter, but must undergo a 14-day home quarantine on arrival. Passengers travelling on a diplomatic passport can also travel to the country, but they will also be subject to a 14-day quarantine on arrival.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the Philippines has 14,669 confirmed coronavirus cases, among those 886 deaths as of May 27.

Connectivity during COVID-19 is crucial, GCash CEO says

The pandemic has changed virtually everything -- especially the way people work.

With the firm directive to “stay at home,” individuals and companies alike have come up with different schemes to continue operations—from furniture companies, delivery services, and telecom services—every business in the country are trying to find new ways to cope with the “new normal.”

What the pandemic has translated to, in the corporate world, is the increasing implementation of remote working schemes—utilizing technology to maintain workplace culture, the rise of so-called Zoom parties, as an effective alternative to the usual office banter and the ever-present online green orb that has everyone analyzing and predicting what the future of office culture looks like for the Filipino.

As the country continues to struggle against the coronavirus, with the Philippines still suffering from losses the ECQ has incurred—there’s a looming question in every Filipino’s mind: What will change?

Industry innovators like Martha Sazon, the newly appointed CEO of GCash-operator Globe Fintech Innovations Inc. (Mynt), see this situation as an opportunity to further strengthen interpersonal relationships between colleagues.

GCash is more relevant than ever, Sazon said at ReStart, a live learning series powered by Project Ripple Philippines, that gathered leading executives from different industries to discuss how to improve work-from-home processes during these tumultuous times.

“We're in a good place as a business because we're in demand, and we are able to help other businesses as well,” she added. “We have successfully gone through a major platform migration without having to be physically together.”

Globe and GCash continue to launch necessary services catered to a community going through the “new normal,” aimed at creating ways to provide the Filipino people comfort, ease, and convenience during these uncertain times.

“We complement the shift in online behavior, as we offer safe and secure cash transactions," Sazon said.

As the world continues to understand and adapt to the new environment the pandemic has thrust upon people, Sazon recognizes how employees of Mynt have continued to work through this crisis, creating and thriving in a world of digital collaboration despite being apart.

True to Mynt’s core values, fostering inclusiveness through financial technology to bridge the gap between the banked and unbanked, connectivity has always been Sazon's main concern.

“It requires a lot of checking in, mental health is very important,” Sazon emphasized. “People try to cope differently.”

There are over 700 Mynt employees as of today, and almost all of them are working from the comforts of their own homes. Mynt conducted a survey on how it can further help employees adapt to this arrangement.

Weekly activities such as non-related engagements like games and creative contests were also provided to ensure the mental health of Mynt employees. Leaders also engage in online huddles and provide learning activities to help each employee grow. Town Hall meetings are also being held on a regular basis

Zoom sessions with GCash employees have become more than just virtual meetings for productivity, Sazon said. They also include “kumustahan” sessions that have helped her maintain and boost the morale of her team.

"We need to reimagine the way we operate, and with that comes new skills, it’s about helping each other so we can cope with the new skills we need," Sazon added.

Despite the firm emphasis on social distancing, Sazon believes that work at GCash cannot be done alone, even with the physical hurdle of not being able to be in close proximity to each other.

“Above all the safety and well-being of our employees remain our priority, we need to keep our employees highly connected,” Sazon said.

Globe Fintech Innovations Inc. (Mynt), which operates GCash, is part of the portfolio companies of 917Ventures, the largest corporate incubator in the Philippines wholly-owned by Globe Telecom Inc.

GCash is available for download on the App Store and Google Play. For more information, kindly visit https://www.gcash.com/.

Rep. Angelina Tan pushes for mandatory immunization

Quezon Rep. Angelina Tan, Chairperson on House Committee on Health, reaffirmed her stand on mandatory immunization amid the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to prevent future outbreaks from happening.

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected and impacted our lives in a totally unprecedented way. Millions of people around the world have been infected, leaving hundreds of thousands of people dead. In the Philippines, we have more than 14,000 total confirmed cases and close to 900 deaths because of this pandemic.

This Wednesday morning, May 27, a webinar zoom event was held as "Kapihan sa Manila Bay" with Marichu Villanueva, who hosts its first-ever kapihan online with the topic: AFTER THE COVID-19 CONTAGION, HOW CAN THE PHILIPPINES PREPARE BETTER FOR ANY FUTURE PANDEMIC?

The panelists were Congresswoman Angelina Tan, Chairperson, Committee on Health, House of Representatives, Congressman Adriano Ebcas, AKO PADAYON Pilipino party-list representative, Health Undersecretary Rosario Vergeire, Public Health Epidemiologist Dr. Troy Gepte and Dr. Lulu Bravo, Executive Director, Philippine Foundation for Vaccination.

Tan cited the importance of pursuing the government’s immunization program even during the community quarantine as a way to ensure that children are protected from future pandemics.

“We have several initiatives in Congress in relation to the country’s immunization program,” Tan revealed. “We are pushing for the creation of the NITAG, a national immunization advisory board, and we are trying to adopt a school-based immunization program that will benefit our students,” she added.

Tan also reaffirmed her call for an open, competitive bidding process in vaccines. According to Tan, an important element in the immunization program is to ensure that the procurement of vaccines is done in such a way that no single manufacturer is favored. The specifications in bidding should not favor a single brand.

Health Undersecretary Dr. Ma. Rosario Vergeire explained in the same forum that the DOH suspended the bidding for PCVs after new evidence that they need to look into more carefully was presented.

“Nung lumabas ang bagong ebidensiya na sinubmit sa atin, ang desisyon namin ay ipasok muna sa Health Technology Assessment Center (HTAC). HTAC is reviewing the procurement, which is really the right process. Ngayon po hindi pa lumalabas ang recommendation ng HTAC,” Vergeire revealed.
The DOH previously requested the HTAC to review the National Immunization Program (NIP), particularly the Pneumococcal Vaccination Program for children, in light of new 2017 and 2019 evidence from the World Health Organization (WHO).

In February 2019, WHO reaffirmed this earlier position saying that the two available PCVs in the market--PCV10 and PCV13--are equally effective in preventing overall pneumococcal diseases in children. The position paper also states that there is at present insufficient evidence of a difference in the net impact of the two available PCVs on overall disease burden.

During the Kapihan webinar zoom meeting, Dr. Lulu Bravo, an epidemiologist, and professor of Pediatric Infectious and Tropical Diseases at the College of Medicine of UP Manila stressed that the new evidence regarding PCVs that came out recently came from experts themselves.

“According to the WHO, when it comes to pneumococcal vaccination for children, both PCV10 and PCV13 are just as good. The important thing is cost-effectiveness,” Bravo noted.
“We should follow what the WHO says, being experts in their field. If you cannot believe WHO, who will you believe?” she added

“Both vaccines exist. If the health assessment proves that both PCV10 and PCV13 have the same effects, then we need to go through a procurement process that’s open and competitive so the government can save on costs,” Tan said.

On a related note, Rep. Adriano A. Ebcas of the Ako Padayon Pilipino Partylist revealed that he and three other partylist representatives filed a resolution urging the DOH to ensure the continued safe implementation of the mandated National Immunization Program for children despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The House Resolution aims to encourage and support the DOH in its endeavor to contain the current outbreak and prevent future community outbreaks of vaccine-preventable diseases (VPDs) during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The resolution also aims to secure and ensure a stable supply of available vaccines through the continued conduct of open, fair, and competitive bidding, thereby preventing any “outbreak within an outbreak.”

In the resolution, the solons declared,
“An open, fair, competitive public procurement of NIP vaccines provide the Filipino people the broadest possible options for affordable, quality, and registered vaccines, allowing for potential significant savings to the government while at the same promoting strong public governance.”

Love Within the Lockdown : Goldilocks' Mother's Day Story

The threat of the pandemic has continuously put pressure on Filipino families both physically and emotionally, that is why a stable support system at home is a must during these trying times. Even more so for families of frontliners and essential workers.

Sam Etcuban, a Correctional Officer and Registered Nurse who works at the Bureau of Corrections as a COVID – 19 Nurse finds the strength to continue forward thanks to the encouragement of his loving wife.

"My wife is my greatest supporter and number one fan," Sam gushed when asked about how he would describe his wife.

"We love to watch movies and go to the grocery together," he added. However, with the new normal settling in, Sam now must deal with a new reality.

"Now, I'm doing all these activities alone due to COVID. I would rather expose myself outside since my body is stronger," but that does not stop Sam's wife from encouraging him to the best of her ability "she prepares everything I need before my shift starts, and she will never forget to remind me how much she loves me," he concluded. The simple boost of encouragement is all Sam needs to get through his shift, which often lasts for weeks at a time.

Goldilocks sees and admires the sacrifice that Sam makes for his family and community and that is why they surprised Sam's wife a special Mother's Day cake which serves as a simple gesture of gratitude for courageously fighting for Filipino lives.

Goldilocks is celebrating mothers for the whole month of May because our moms definitely deserve more than just a day of celebration for their love and care.

With the desire to make frontlines like Sam and his family happy, Goldilocks will be sending cakes to some deserving families throughout the month.

Messages of gratitude and support overflow as netizens design motivational cards for frontliners and COVID-19 patients

As COVID-19 continues to spread across the globe, the number of cases has also escalated in the Philippines placing Filipino healthcare workers at the forefront to fight against the virus. Doctors, nurses, laboratory technicians, and hospital staff face the hazard of infection everyday, and extensive working hours at the hospital can be very exhausting. Virus-stricken patients, on the other hand, have limited contact with their families, and being away from loved ones can really be lonesome.

If there’s one thing that keeps them going: it’s the overflowing support of families, friends, and even strangers.

To show compassion for COVID-19 patients and gratitude for frontliners, online design platform Canva encouraged netizens to show their support by simply designing a motivational card using pre-made Canva templates. In response, different groups and individuals have shared their messages to our frontline heroes and COVID-19 patients. The Filipinos’ trait of bayanihan is indeed in action even online.

“At a time when the country is facing multiple restrictions, it’s more important than ever to reach out to those in isolation. It’s incredibly motivating to see so many people step up to demonstrate compassion, something I hope will continue once COVID-19 is eradicated. We’re putting people first, which in turn provides stability and psychological safety in the community - the key to all of us winning the war on an invisible, yet shared, enemy,” shared Yani Hornilla-Donato, Canva Manila, Country Manager.

Canva sent over 4,000 motivational cards and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) donations to hospitals around Metro Manila to applaud the sacrifice and dedication of the healthcare workers, and to show support to COVID-19 patients.

Supporting Strong Connectivity While Staying Home with Converge ICT

With most of the population working from home, the country’s workforce is relying on fast internet connection and efficient productivity tools. That is why fastest growing internet service provider Converge ICT is resuming their operations in Metro Manila and select areas in North Luzon to power hundreds of Filipino households relying on their broadband service.

To protect both their employees and consumers, installer personnel will be covered with protective masks and all paraphernalia and vehicles will be fully sanitized before being taken out for service.

On their part, employees are given temporary lodging near their office, sanitation kits with alcohol, gloves, and masks, and vitamins to boost their immune system. They are also provided with food to minimize their mobility and undergo daily temperature checks.

“We, at Converge, are a firm believer in acting together in these challenging times to provide the best service for Filipinos. As we all adapt into the new normal homes and select businesses should get the extensive resources and support to be online. We will do what we can to provide strong connectivity because more than ever now, we need to stay connected with loved ones, friends and colleagues that we can only see virtually,” said Dennis Uy, Founder of Converge ICT Solutions.

“The health and safety of our people is paramount, so we are implementing necessary measures to keep them from harm’s way. We know that through this we are able to extend outstanding service to our customers too,” he added.

The processing of applications for new users has already resumed and will operate during weekends to fast track the need for Converge’s service. In addition to the installation service, customer service and repair services will also resume. The services may take within 3 to 10 days in compliance with travel restrictions, checkpoints, and essential manpower that may restrict the operations.

As a company resolute in being one with the front-liners, Converge has also previously given more than a thousand units of personal protective equipment to Angeles City Hospital.

Differences on ECQ, MECQ and GCQ

MANILA - Metro Manila, Cebu City and Laguna will be under a modified enhanced community quarantine or MECQ until May 31.

Other areas were either placed under GCQ or general community quarantine while quarantines were lifted others, without sacrificing health measures.

Modified ECQ Versus GCQ: Why ECQ in NCR, Laguna, Cebu City Cannot Be Lifted

The government has to consider recommendations to lift the enhanced community quarantine gradually or in a phased manner to avoid resurgence of the coronavirus disease 2019.

Presidential spokesman Harry Roque had said that some parts of Metro Manila could be eased into a general community quarantine (GCQ) due to indications that the coronavirus disease 2019 curve was flattening, it was announced on Tuesday, May 12 that a modified enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) would be imposed over the National Capital Region, Laguna and Cebu City until May 31.

According to the Department of Health (DOH), the case doubling time for COVID-19 and the “critical care utilization” were among the health factors taken into consideration by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) sub-Technical Working Group on Data Analytics in making the recommendation.

In a virtual press briefing, DOH Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire said that aside from health, the IATF also looked into security, social and economic aspects when they made the decision concerning the ECQ.

The IATF also said it considered the recommendations of the World Health Organization to lift the ECQ gradually or in a phased manner to avoid resurgence of the disease.

Here are the differences between ECQ, MECQ and GCQ:

Enhanced Community Quarantine:

No movement regardless of age and health status
No economic activity except utility services, food, water and other essential sectors
No public transport
No physical classes

Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine:

Limited movement of people to get essential services and to go to work
Gradual reopening of the economy with select manufacturing and processing plants allowed to open up to a maximum of 50 percent capacity
Limited transportation services for essential goods and services
Limited transportation for those going to work and for essential services
Classes are still suspended in all levels

General Community Quarantine:

Limited movements but government and almost all industries will be allowed to operate up to 75 percent except amusement and those with mass gatherings
Limited transport services with social distancing
Flexible learning will be allowed but without face-to-face learning

Join the Movement: Wear Masks In Public and Block COVID-19

As the rest of the world works together in flattening the curve due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, several cities and countries have imposed precautionary measures to ensure public safety. These new guidelines will define what the new normal will be for the time being — and it includes wearing masks in public.

Wearing masks is now increasingly becoming a global movement where everyone is called to act. Companies, known personalities, and governments all over the world are enjoining everyone to be responsible by wearing masks in public. Online campaigns rallying for people to wear masks have gone viral. What covers up most people’s faces is now an act of solidarity — for friends, families, and neighbors, essential workers, and frontliners.

The Philippines, which currently holds the highest number of COVID-19 cases in Southeast Asia, has also followed suit when the government recently imposed wearing of masks in public.

Recent studies have shown that while masks may not totally prevent transmission of the virus, it aids in reducing it especially after asymptomatic cases have been confirmed in different parts of the world. Coupled with other acts like social distancing, frequent handwashing, and staying at home, wearing masks can help save lives.

People and organizations are doing it not just for themselves, but for others too.

Local conglomerates, like LBC Group of Companies for example, are helping advocate for wearing reusable masks in public. With most of its employees acting as frontliners by delivering essential goods to households, wearing masks is not just a mandatory — but also a welcome act of being one with the Filipinos in flattening the curve. Its employees nationwide join the new normal and wear masks. In just a sheer number of days, the company was able to mobilize its 13,000-strong workforce to help save not just themselves but also, other people.

Creativity is also in action. While personal protective equipment and surgical masks are reserved for medical frontliners, people found a way to create their own: from bra masks to homemade masks made from old fabrics. Online businesses, like swimwear shop Pearlypop Swimwear, have also found ways to be creative by reinventing its product line and starting to sell reusable masks for shipping

Celebrities are on the frontlines of the movement too using their influence to educate the public about the importance of wearing masks. Filipino personalities like Iza Calzado, Tweetie de Leon, and Tim Yap have challenged friends and families to support the movement while Hollywood actress Sophia Bush hit close to home by sharing who she’s masking for.

These are just some of the examples of how wearing masks have now become more than just a call for safety, but a call for solidarity too.

How to #COVID19-proof your finances

As the enhanced community quarantine is scheduled to end on May 15, it is expected that there will be a limited return to normal activities. It means some people will be going back to work and public transportation will also be allowed--also in a limited manner. That said, hard to say that life will go back to the way things used to be in the immediate future.

One of the pressing concerns will be the country’s economic position. Since economic activities are not back to normal yet, it’s expected that the global and national economies will go through a slowdown, if not a recession. This will naturally affect everyone -- from businessmen to workers and consumers. The question in the minds of many is how should people cope with this situation?

According to Fitz Villafuerte, a registered financial planner, the first thing people need to do is have the proper mindset to help them see see the situation clearly, accept reality, and respond in the right way.

“The best mindset in dealing with these uncertain times is that of a Stoic,” Villafuerte said. The Stoics are ancient Greek philosophers who taught people the proper way to think and live life.

“One of the basic tenets of Stoicism is drawing a line between the things we can control and the things we cannot control. We don't have much control over the global and local economy. There are so many factors at play that affect it,” he said.

Since economic movement is beyond everyone’s control, Villafuerte said it’s better to focus on the things that people have control over.

“We have a lot of control over our personal economy -- our cash flow is most affected by our own decisions, actions, and habits. It’s important to be aware of what’s happening but at the end of the day, we should remain focused on our personal finance because that’s where we have control,” Villafuerte explained.

Villafuerte shared five tips to put personal finances in order during the pandemic:

List down your expenses. Live simply and spend wisely. Study how you are spending your money during these financially constrained times. Adjust your spending by living a simpler lifestyle and be strict on spending mostly on your needs.

Spending on your needs is the priority, of course. However, that doesn’t mean you should give up on some of the wants that make you happy. Just be sure that when you buy certain wants, these are still within your set budget and will not compromise your needs.

“As long as you are able to save, then just continue your habit. But if you're up for a challenge, then see how you can increase your monthly savings rate when things start to go back to normal. If you're not a saver before, then it's a good time to learn practical saving strategies such as the concept of paying yourself first, and applying it as soon as you can,” he said.

Explore and learn mobile and online banking, digital banking, and digital wallets.

With public transportation either non-existent or few in number, and business operations still limited, it’s better to switch to online and digital transactions. Not only is this more convenient, it also achieves physical distancing to lessen exposure to the coronavirus.

Clean your house. Use up the time at home to organize your house. Group your household items into four categories:

Keep, Sell, Donate, and Throw. Doing this helps practice your mind to be more organized, free of clutter, and able to prioritize what’s most important. Do this same checking and organizing with your financial and legal documents.

Define, revisit, and reassess your financial goals. The COVID-19 pandemic is going to change our world in the short, medium, and long-term. This means that our financial goals will also have to be adjusted. It’s a good time to re-think them now and plan accordingly.

Explore, learn, and make money online as a freelancer. While there isn’t any vaccine or cure for COVID-19, many of us will either work from home or need to find freelance work that can be done online. This provides us an opportunity to learn new skills as a freelancer, so we can make money online.

Besides these five tips, Villafuerte also has some advice regarding investments. As the world economy struggles to recover from the financial shocks caused by the pandemic, Villafuerte says the best rule of thumb when choosing an investment is to look at your own financial goals.

“Usually, we have short-term, medium-term, and long-term financial goals. You have to choose different types of investments based on the time you allot for attaining those goals. For example, if you have a long-term financial goal that you want to achieve in 10 years, then you can invest in the stock market or equity funds.

“Since your time frame is long term, there’s enough time to ride through the ups and downs, the volatilities in the market, like what’s happening now with the pandemic. This allows your investment to make money many years in the future,” he said.

However, for short-term goals, Villafuerte recommends investing in low-risk investments like time deposits or money-market funds. For medium-term goals, then medium-risk investments like bonds and balanced funds would be the better choice.

“Moreover, it's important to understand that investing is not a one-time thing. It's not something you do only when you feel like it or when someone says it's a good time to invest. It should be a habit that you do regularly, month after month if possible, and continuously for many years.”

“Always invest according to your financial goals. Before investing, you need to ask first, when are you planning to use the money? What will it be used for? Once you know this, it will be easier to choose which investment to go into,” he said.

Finally, Villafuerte says times like a pandemic are a good time to buy insurance. “It’s one of the best tools for financial protection. As we cope with a lot of uncertainty, it’s good to have insurance that will protect the family in case something happens to the breadwinners. Insurance is a necessity for breadwinners,” he said.

BDO, the largest bank in the country, continues to operate select branches during the enhanced community quarantine in Luzon. This is in keeping with its commitment to address customers' financial needs and to help keep the economy running.

#MeaningfulBanking : From Passbook to Phone: Embracing the mobile banking lifestyle

The COVID-19 pandemic has definitely changed the way the world works. The need for social distancing and quarantine travel restrictions have made previously-straightforward tasks such as banking transactions far more challenging.

So what is the best way to cope? As in many cases, the use of available technology can make things a lot easier.

Metrobank, one of the country’s top banks, is actively encouraging all of its clients to transition to mobile banking. While their staff is ready and fully capable to serve clients face-to-face, online options have added a layer of safety amid the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ).

Most banking tasks can now be done via your phone or computer, so you don’t have to go out and line-up to a teller to manage your finances.

Here are just some of them, and their practical applications.

1. Balance monitoring

You don’t have to go to your ATM or ask a teller to know how much money your accounts have. All you have to do is fire up your Metrobank Mobile App and you can see your balance in real-time.

You can even monitor your recent activities, both debit and credit, so you don’t have to guess if you really did or did not approve of certain transactions.

Apart from aiding financial discipline, this helps detect and prevent fraud.

2. Fund transfers

Needless to say, the most fundamental transactions can be done online. Transferring money to another account, same bank or otherwise, can be done with a few taps or clicks.

In the case of the Metrobank Mobile App, all you have to do is put in the recipient’s Metrobank account number or their app-registered mobile number, the amount you need to send, confirm, and you’re done. The transfer is also reflected in real-time so the recipient won’t have to wait for a day or so before checking to confirm if they’ve received the funds.

You can also choose to enroll “Peer” accounts that you regularly send money to so you don’t have to always input their account number or mobile number. You can even schedule these transfers to happen automatically in a given period if you choose.

Sending money to other banks is also possible via InstaPay, which credits funds real-time, or PESONet. Fees for these transactions are waived during the ECQ when done using the Metrobank Mobile App.

This is especially useful if you’re looking to send money to help out friends and family, or paying for goods and services that you procured online.

3. Bills payment

Even though malls and some payment centers are closed during the ECQ, the Bills Payment utility in the Metrobank Mobile App allows you to pay your bills directly from your bank account.

After enrolling the most common payable bills to your account (Meralco, PLDT, Globe, Smart, etc.) and selecting them, all you have to do is to enter the account details and amount due to complete your payment transaction.

4. Cardless Withdrawal

In a situation wherein you need to withdraw cash but forgot to bring with you your ATM Card, you will find useful the Cardless Withdrawal feature in the Metrobank Mobile App.

Cardless withdrawal allows you to withdraw a certain amount from your account without having to use your ATM card in any of the 2,300 Metrobank Group ATMs.

To facilitate this feature, open the Metrobank Mobile App then simply key in the amount you wish to withdraw and a four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) of your choice. The app will then provide you with a six-digit PIN that pairs with yours.

Once confirmed, go to the nearest Metrobank ATM or PSBank ATM, press ENTER in the ATM Keypad, key in the amount and the PINs, and the machine will dispense the requested amount.

Even before the ECQ, these mobile banking features have been available, but they are particularly useful during these times. One of the things that we can take from our current stay-at-home situation is to change our banking habits and transition into a more convenient and secure digital banking lifestyle.
