"It's an honor to return to the U.S. for our second roadshow," said Landco Pacific President and CEO Erickson Y. Manzano. "We're eager to help our kababayans realize their dream of owning beachfront homes — premium spaces that they can enjoy now and pass down the line as lasting legacies. With excellent rental income potential, these beach homes are not just dreams realized; they're smart investments as well."
Manzano shared that
Landco Pacific’s US Roadshow
this year features more options for Fil-Ams and US investors and retirees with
its latest developments comprised of iconic beachfront
condotels: The newly-launched The Nautilus at CaSoBe (Calatagan South Beach) and
The Spinnaker at Club Laiya, San Juan, along with beachfront luxury condominium
The Residences at Terrazas de Punta Fuego, Nasugbu, Batangas.
These properties are
smart investments, with The Nautilus and The Spinnaker offering excellent
rental income potential from the tourist market.
Landco Pacific’s upscale
properties inspire Fil-Ams and US citizens to invest in the Philippines, build
their dream beach homes and create a community with shared interests and
passions in the country’s seaside paradise. The developments are highly
sought-after, given Landco Pacific’s track record of high-value appreciation
with its legacy project of Punta Fuego in Batangas growing in value to about
1,000% since it was launched in the ’90s; and its desirable portfolio of prime
residential and leisure properties in key cities across the country.
Renowned for
pioneering premium landscapes for more than 30 years and with the financial
strength as a subsidiary of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC) with
its chairman, Manuel V. Pangilinan, Landco Pacific received six awards for
its commitment to excellence in development, design and sustainability, at the
prestigious 12th Annual PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, a month
before its US Road Show. Landco Pacific is hailed as a Highly-Commended Best
Lifestyle Developer for its latest premium developments of Leisure Tourism
Estates 15-hectare CaSoBe and 23-hectare Club Laiya in Batangas. Mr.
Pangilinan, concurrent Chairman of Landco Pacific, was also honored as the 2024
