Earlier, The Spinnaker was cited as Asia Pacific Property Awards’ Best Sustainable Residential Development with Five Stars and Winner for Condominium Development in the Philippines at Marriot Marquis Queen’s Park, Bangkok. These earned The Spinnaker the nominations on the regional level, where the development was judged and determined as Asia Pacific’s Best.

The Spinnaker Sets the Global Benchmark for Sustainable Residential Development

The Spinnaker is proudly pursuing EDGE Certification of the International Finance Corporation, a subsidiary of The World Bank, targeting to meet the criteria of at least 20% savings on use of resources: water, energy, and embodied materials. The condotel will be the first to feature the double-piped waterline system to use non-potable water for toilet flushing and irrigation. It will also provide Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations to reduce and significant use of recycled materials for further lower the property’s carbon footprint.

The Spinnaker is part of the eco-friendly development of Club Laiya. Along with Landco BeachTowns CaSoBe (Calatagan South Beach), Club Laiya is Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)-registered for the properties’ sustainability program. There are tree-lined walkways, pedestrian routes, bicycle lanes, a beach promenade. There’s also double-piped water management system in the entire development.
