The winner of this category will receive Jobstreet by SEEK's Top-up Reward Package worth over PHP 165,000, designed to boost employer branding and visibility. Public nominations officially opened on June 3 and will run until July 3, 2026, after which entries will undergo shortlisting and expert panel evaluation. Finalists will advance to public voting, with winners determined through a combination of panel deliberation and public votes. The awards night is set for August 12, 2026.
