Free kids one yoga class for kids who are 3 -10 years old on August 31, Saturday 10:30 am – 11:20 am at Tantra Yoga.
Pretend play is one of the most powerful tools in "learning by doing." It builds on the children's use of imagination, language, and social skills. It gives them the avenue to practice interacting with others, make mistakes without being judged, explore their interests, and most of all, be more self-assured and confident as they learn that they can BE whoever and DO whatever they want!
The Kids One Yoga Class will be facilitated by KidzYoga Teacher and educator, Krissy Invento-Manalo.
This event is for the benefit of The Philippine Toy Library (PTL). The Philippine Toy Library (PTL) builds "toy libraries" in congested and depressed areas all over the country to provide poor Filipino children the rich experience of play, creativity, and imagination.
Participants are encouraged to bring an old/new toy, book, or any educational material that you are willing to donate to the Philippine Toy Library.
