"Me -Time" kahit "WFH" ( work from home)


I remember back in college I would sneak a nap in the library in between classes.

I would have a small pillow with me so I can lay my head on the table and close my eyes.

Pero sa madaming offices today bawal ang sleeping on the job! 

But you know what, I think if you can, go ahead and take a power nap. Maybe ask permission from your boss or co-worker. Kasi I find it more beneficial and it gives you more energy if you sleep for a few minutes only instead of fighting the sleepiness.
