Reyes headed the talk duringNLI’s second quarter Sales Awards held at The Palms Country Club, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Furthermore, Chot Reyes congratulated the company for surpassing its annual target as early as the third quarter of the year and added that, “Winning is a habit, unfortunately so is losing. Even if you have already achieved your target, keep going so you won’t fall into the bad habit of losing. Keep pushing and finish strong.”

NLI started the year strong with several aggressive development plans lined up to create yet another remarkable real estate footprint in Luzon areas. To hype up everyone in NLI team, the company set up a talk featuring Lloyd Luna, an international Filipino motivational speaker on success, career, business, and personal development. In his “Why Am I Working?” lecture during NLI Employees’ Kickoff held at Ortigas, Pasig City, Luna reinforced the commitment of the company’s manpower to its 2019 mission by focusing on the importance of understanding the value of what we do and the power of working with passion. Luna stressed that no challenge will stop someone who loves his mission. 

Dubbed as the #PambansangInspirasyon, Luna also reminded NorthPine Team about the significance of individual commitment and collaborative efforts in accomplishing the company’s goals. All these were in line with NLI’s 2019 mantra: “Commit 2019: Unleash the Power as One NorthPine”. 

In the same occasion, NLI General Manager (GM) Ferdinand Macabanti proudly reviewed NorthPine Land’s consistent evolution over the years. Data and statistics showed how the company has grown in terms of net reservation sales, net income, and size. 

Macabanti said that “NLI has come a long way since it started its endeavor more than twenty years ago. The demand for our stunning communities constantly increases so moving forward, we commit to make more and greater milestones this year and forward.”

A decade of giving back: NorthPine Land continues to make dreams come to life

For ten years now, NorthPine Land, Inc. (NLI) has amplified its efforts in making dreams come to life not only by providing top-of-the-line homes that improve the quality of life, but also by paying forward and giving back to the community through its recent outreach programs. 

NLI’s Finance group upholds the importance of education for all as they give instructive materials to the children with disabilities

NorthPine Land continuously strengthens its corporate social responsibility efforts and aims to reach out to more people. Through all the company’s operational divisions, several activities were carried out in response to this goal.  

The Sales and Marketing Division graces the kids’ party and shares fun moments with them.

NLI Finance Division visited Alternative Learning Center for Persons with Disabilities (ALS-PWD) of DepEd at Barangay Calulut in San Fernando City, Pampanga. Over thirty kids at this school received different educational materials including functional toys that would help and facilitate their learning. 

Within the same location, the Sales and Marketing Division lent its helping hand. The group donated sets of ceiling fans to Brgy. Calulut Day Care Center and financed the construction of its new comfort room. The kids also experienced a one of kind yearend party where both parents and children enjoyed exciting activities. They all took home toys and other gifts.

The company’s Corporate Sales Division gifted a concrete house for an Aeta family in Porac, Pampanga. Recipient Romel de la Cruz, a father of three, used to live with his family in a house that is no longer sufficient for their space requirement and also hazardous in times of calamities. Now, his family is enjoying a better and safer living in a more comfortable home. 

NorthPine’s TMG-BD team entertains and shows love to the elderly at Bahay Pag-ibig.

Bahay Pag-ibig Archdiocese of San Fernando, Pampanga, a non-government non-profit institution for the aged was the chosen beneficiary of the Technical Management-Business Division team. The smile on the faces of the elderly was priceless during the fun games prepared for them. Each of them also received gifts and other basic necessities. 

Meanwhile in Cavite, Technical Management Group-South showered blessings to Brgy. Sabutan Day Care Center in Silang. The group renovated and beautified the place by painting the walls and improving their electrical facilities. They also donated new cabinets and shelves to the said institution.

This noble mission started small a decade ago with the initiatives of the company’s shareholders. This continuously grows as the years passed by. NorthPine Land is committed to further broaden and reinforce this venture in the coming years in line with its mission to make more dreams come to life.

Kahaya Place celebrates Pinoy fiesta during open house

It was a day to remember for all the guests who took part in the successful Kahaya Place Grand Open House in Dasmariñas City recently.

Aside from hundreds of guests, sellers and staff of NorthPine Land Inc. (NLI) enjoyed playing traditional Pinoy favorite past times such as palo sebo, pukpok palayok, and pabitin.

The theme of the Pinoy fiesta-inspired event was “A Celebration in October,” which showcased the lively Filipino spirit evident especially during triumphant times like fulfilling life-long dreams of starting a family and acquiring a new home. The event coincided with the launching and blessing of Kahaya Place’s newly built guardhouse with signage and announcement of some exciting promotions.

Guests eagerly played Filipino-parlor games, like pukpok palayok, at the broad front lawn of the model units in Kahaya. One guest tries her luck in smashing the suspended clay pot while others happily coach her to win the game.

At Kahaya Place, one can enjoy priceless moments with family and loved ones. A calm haven, it is a stunning modern Asian space located at the booming city of Dasmariñas, Cavite.
