Ultimate, Unified: Anker Unveils a New Era of Innovation in the Philippines

Following its global unveiling at IFA, Anker brings its unified brand vision and latest innovations in audio and charging to Filipino consumers

Following the global unveiling of its latest innovations at IFA, Anker today brings its next chapter to the Philippines with the local introduction of its Ultimate, Unified: Anker, bringing together its growing portfolio of technology designed to make everyday life more seamless.

For nearly 15 years, Anker has evolved from a charging brand into a global technology company with expertise spanning charging, audio, smart home, power, and more. Over the years, dedicated brands such as Anker, soundcore, eufy and Anker SOLIX have built deep expertise within their respective categories, developing their own technologies, products and communities.

In the Philippines, this evolution builds on Anker’s growing local presence, with products available across retail and online channels. As technology becomes increasingly connected, Anker continues to focus on creating products that combine thoughtful design, advanced technology and everyday practicality.

“Ultimate, Unified” captures this next chapter, a commitment to bringing together innovation across categories while keeping the consumer experience at the center.

Anker Essentials For Your Newest iPhone

At the heart of Anker’s latest innovations is a simple idea: technology should make every moment with your devices more seamless. Designed as Anker Essentials For Your Newest iPhone, the latest additionals bring together three everyday essentials, staying connected, staying powered and charging smarter.

The Anker soundcore AeroClip 2 is designed to deliver clear calls and immersive audio while keeping users aware of the world around them, while the Anker MagGo Power Bank 2 Pro brings fast magnetic wireless charging with active cooling technology. Completing the lineup is the Anker Nano Charger, a compact charging solution with a smart display designed to provide a more intuitive charging experience.

For the upcoming iPhone 18 series, model identification will be supported on the Anker MagGo Power Bank 2 Pro and Nano Charger (OTA version). The Anker Nano Charger (OTA version) will receive an OTA update on September 30, ensuring compatibility with the latest generation of iPhone models.

Together, these three essentials showcase how Anker is bringing smarter, more purposeful technology into the everyday iPhone experience, from the way users listen and communicate, to how they charge at home and stay powered on the go.

Anker soundcore AeroClip 2: Loud World, Clear You

Designed for consumers who move through busy environments without wanting to disconnect from the world around them, the Anker soundcore AeroClip 2 brings a new approach to open-ear audio.

Its standout innovation is its advanced voice-calling system, combining two voice pickup units that capture mechanical vibrations from the vocal cords with four MEMS microphones. The system works with the THUS™ AI Chip, which cross-references these signals in real time to separate the user’s voice from surrounding noise.

The result is technology built around one clear promise: “Loud World, Clear You.”

The six-sensor hybrid array gives AeroClip 2 a dedicated approach to voice separation, while the THUS™ AI Chip delivers approximately 150 times the previous generation’s AI computing power for this specific task.

The technology behind AeroClip 2 has also been recognized for its speech-quality performance. In September 2026, AeroClip 2 received a Guinness World Records certification for World’s Clearest Open-Ear Clip-On Earbuds for Calls, Powered by Anker THUS™ AI Chip.

Beyond calls, AeroClip 2 is designed around the open-ear philosophy, allowing users to enjoy their audio while remaining aware of their surroundings. Its C-bridge design sits comfortably along the ear, while the Golden-Fit™ titanium wire inside the silicone bridge and a Comfort-Grip Zone were developed using data from more than 2,000 3D ear scans.

For everyday listening, AeroClip 2 features a 12mm dual-magnetic high-excursion driver, LDAC support, Hi-Res Audio Wireless Certification, and HearID 5.0. It is also Apple Made for iPhone (MFi) Certified, with native iOS connection for a seamless experience with iPhone users. AeroClip 2 offers up to 8 hours of playback on a single charge and up to 32 hours with the charging case, while a 10-minute charge can provide up to four hours of use.

With its open-ear design, and all-day comfort, AeroClip 2 is built for consumers who want to stay connected without needing to pause their day.

Anker MagGo Power Bank 2 Pro: Charging, Now Air-Conditioned

While AeroClip is designed to keep users connected, the Anker MagGo Power Bank 2 Pro is designed to keep their devices powered, while addressing one of the most challenges of wireless charging, HEAT.

Magnetic wireless charging can generate heat, particularly when charging at higher speeds. The MagGo Power Bank 2 Pro addresses this with an active cooling system designed to maintain a hand-friendly surface temperature of 36°C or below while delivering full 25W wireless charging. The technology has received SGS Premium Performance certification for its charging and heat-dissipation performance.

Inside, the power bank combines a low-resistance battery cell, a miniature fan, dedicated air ducts, temperature sensors, and graphene thermal management. Together, these components are designed to draw heat away from the charging coil and manage temperature during charging.

In Anker’s internal laboratory testing, the MagGo Power Bank 2 Pro can charge an iPhone 17 Pro to 50% in 25 minutes.

It is also designed to function as more than a portable battery. The built-in 0°–80° stepless kickstand supports hands-free viewing, while a smart display provides information including the connected iPhone model, battery level, battery health, temperature, charging mode, and estimated time remaining. Its magnetic connection provides up to 12N of holding force, while 45W self-recharging can bring the power bank to 80% in approximately 52 minutes.

With a 10,000mAh capacity and a compact 220g design, the MagGo Power Bank 2 Pro is designed to be a practical everyday companion for users who want fast, intelligent, and more comfortable wireless charging on the go.

Ascend Rx Enters Philippine Market, Highlights Physician-Pharmacist Partnership in Responsible Compounding

As concerns grow over prescription medicines obtained from unregulated sources, Ascend Rx emphasizes the role of licensed physicians and pharmacists in responsible compounding.

As certain prescription medicines gain greater attention online, concerns have also grown over Filipinos obtaining compounded versions from unlicensed or unauthorized sources. But the controversy has also created confusion around what compounded medicines actually are, why they may be prescribed, and how patients should access them responsibly.

Simply put, a compounded medicine is a medication prepared for an individual patient based on a physician’s prescription. A patient may need one when a commercially available medicine does not meet their prescribed needs, such as when a different strength, dosage form, or formulation is required.

For example, a child or elderly patient may need a medicine in a different strength or a form that is easier to take. In other cases, a patient may need a formulation that does not contain a particular ingredient because of a sensitivity. These adjustments are based on the patient’s medical needs and a physician’s prescription - not something patients decide on their own.

“Compounding does not mean patients can simply choose or customize their own medicines. It starts with a licensed physician who determines what a patient needs and provides the appropriate prescription. A licensed pharmacist then prepares that medication based on that prescription,” shares Sofia Alberto-Lista, Business Development Consultant, AIX Ventures Corporation.

“The physician and pharmacist each have an important role in making sure that compounding is guided by the patient’s individual medical needs. It should never be viewed as a way to bypass a physician consultation or gain easier access to prescription medicine,” she adds.

Why the Doctor and Pharmacist Work Together

At Ascend Rx, a physician-focused specialty compounding pharmacy under AIX Ventures Corporation, pharmacists work directly with licensed physicians in preparing prescribed compounded medicines. The company supports physicians and healthcare institutions through professionally guided, quality-led, and compliance-first pharmaceutical services. The physician determines the patient’s clinical needs and appropriate prescription, while the pharmacist assesses the feasibility of preparing the prescribed formulation and works within the appropriate professional and regulatory requirements.

This collaboration gives physicians an additional option in specific cases where a personalized formulation may be appropriate for the patient.

Ascend Rx operates under relevant Philippine FDA licenses covering sterile compounding, non-sterile complex compounding, and the dispensing of vaccines and biologicals. It is likewise licensed by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) for the dispensing of compounded formulations containing regulated drugs, subject to applicable regulatory controls.

Its laboratory is designed to support compliance with USP <795> and USP <797> requirements, with specific controls and provisions aligned with USP <800> for the handling of hazardous drugs. By applying these internationally recognized standards alongside professional oversight and regulatory requirements, Ascend Rx aims to support responsible pharmaceutical compounding in the Philippines.

For patients, the takeaway is straightforward: compounded medicines should not be sourced independently from social media, unauthorized online sellers, or other unverified sources. Patients should first consult a qualified healthcare professional who can determine whether a compounded medicine is appropriate for their individual medical needs.

Bringing the Conversation to the Medical Community

Because physicians play a central role in determining when compounded medicines may be appropriate, Ascend Rx is also bringing the conversation around responsible compounding and personalized healthcare to the medical community.

As part of its formal introduction to the Philippine medical community, Ascend Rx will participate as a Platinum Plus Sponsor of the PRIMA ASEAN Congress on Longevity, Regenerative Medicine, and Human Optimization, happening September 24–26, 2026, at the Grand Hyatt Manila.

Organized by the Philippine Regenerative and Integrative Medical Association (PRIMA), a physician-led, non-stock, non-profit professional medical organization, the congress will bring together physicians, scientists, and healthcare professionals from across the region to discuss developments in longevity medicine, precision health, peptides, nutrition, and human performance.

For Ascend Rx, the congress provides a platform to introduce its approach to specialized pharmaceutical care and engage healthcare professionals on responsible compounding and the evolving needs of personalized healthcare.

Through its participation, Ascend Rx aims to encourage greater understanding of responsible compounding and reinforce a simple principle: personalized medicine should remain grounded in professional medical guidance, with physicians and pharmacists working together around the needs of each patient.

Supporting the Advancement of Compounding in the Philippines

Beyond its role as a compounding facility, Ascend Rx aims to contribute to the advancement of pharmaceutical compounding in the Philippines. The company seeks to collaborate with relevant stakeholders and policymakers toward the development of national compounding guidelines grounded in the realities and requirements of local practice.

Ascend Rx also supports professional and academic communities through partnerships, collegiate internship programs, and educational initiatives. Through these collaborations, the company seeks to contribute to the development of skilled Filipino pharmaceutical professionals, strengthen local expertise, and support the continued advancement of Philippine healthcare.

Security Bank Wealth highlights the growing need for integrated wealth planning

Midyear events in Manila and Davao bring together experts on investing, wealth protection, succession, and legacy planning

Security Bank Wealth brought together industry experts during its 2026 Midyear Events in Manila and Davao to help clients make more informed decisions about growing, protecting, and transferring wealth. The events highlighted how an integrated approach to investing, wealth protection, succession, and legacy planning can help build resilient wealth across generations.

Building wealth is one thing. Preserving it, protecting it, and preparing it for the next generation is another.

As wealth grows, financial decisions become more interconnected. Investment opportunities must be weighed alongside risk management. Estate planning can affect business continuity. Succession decisions may shape how wealth is preserved and transferred for years to come.

Recognizing this growing complexity, Security Bank Wealth gathered clients in Manila and Davao for its 2026 Midyear Events, bringing together experts in investments, tax, legal, trust, and insurance to discuss how individuals and families can take a more integrated approach to managing wealth.

Themed “Building Resilient Wealth: An Integrated Approach to Income, Growth, Protection, and Legacy Planning,” the events explored the key pillars of long-term wealth management and why looking at them together matters more than ever.

Looking beyond market opportunities

The first panel focused on how investors can navigate an evolving global and local market environment while positioning their portfolios for both income and long-term growth.

Moderated by Chrissi Morillo, Head of Investment Strategy at Security Bank, the session featured Thomas Wu, Investment Strategist at Invesco; Rohini Chopra, Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Asset Management; Dion Ong, Head of APAC at Horizon Capital; and Basil Jason Go, Deputy Chief Investment Officer at Security Bank.

The discussion examined the global and Philippine economic outlook, investment opportunities across Asia, equity income strategies, and the long-term implications of artificial intelligence as an investment theme. Across the conversation, one message stood out: successful investing requires discipline, diversification, and a clear understanding of long-term objectives.

For clients, the session provided context on how market trends and opportunities can be translated into investment strategies aligned with their financial goals, risk appetite, and time horizon.

During the Income and Growth panel at Security Bank Wealth's 2026 Midyear Events, Chrissi Morillo, Head of Investment Strategy at Security Bank, moderated a discussion with Basil Jason Go, Deputy Chief Investment Officer, Security Bank; Rohini Chopra, Executive Director, JP Morgan Asset Management; and Thomas Wu, Market Strategist, Invesco. The panel explored market trends, investment opportunities, and long-term growth themes, helping clients better understand how to align investment decisions with their financial goals, risk appetite, and time horizon.

Protecting what has been built

While the first panel focused on creating wealth, the second examined how to protect and transfer it.

Moderated by Carmela Tanjutco Lim, Deputy Head of Trust and Asset Management at Security Bank, the session featured Atty. Jules Riego, Head of Tax and Private Tax Services at SGV & Co.; Atty. Rob Camalig, Head of Legal at Security Bank; and Alvin Rivano, Distribution Sales Head at FWD Insurance.

The discussion covered estate planning, trusts, insurance, succession planning, and the practical considerations involved in transferring wealth across generations. Panelists explored how families can safeguard assets, support business continuity, and prepare future generations to take on greater financial responsibility.

Together, the discussions highlighted a broader truth: wealth management is not only about growing assets. It is about building resilience so that wealth can withstand market cycles, adapt to life's transitions, and continue creating value across generations.

Chairman Cirilo P. Noel underscored the importance of building resilient wealth through growth, protection, stewardship, and long-term planning during Security Bank Wealth’s 2026 Midyear Event.

Seeing the bigger picture

For many affluent individuals and families, wealth management has evolved beyond a series of standalone financial decisions. Investing, protection, estate planning, and succession are increasingly connected, making it essential to view them through a long-term lens.

“True wealth management is not only about helping clients capture opportunities today. It is also about helping them protect what they have built, prepare for the future, and make decisions with greater confidence at every stage of their wealth journey,” said Rene Aguirre, Wealth Management Head at Security Bank. “At Security Bank Wealth, we bring together investment strategy, trust and asset management, insurance and other specialist capabilities to help clients make confident, connected decisions through their wealth journey.”

Through personalized advice and integrated wealth solutions, Security Bank Wealth continues to help clients navigate the full wealth journey, from growth and preservation to succession and legacy.

Whatever your lifestyle, vivo Y31d is ready to keep up

No two lifestyles are exactly alike. Some days are spent behind a camera, others on the road, traveling to a new place, or moving from one booking to the next. Across different routines and priorities, one thing remains constant: the need for a smartphone that can keep up.

From work and business to travel, content creation, and life on the road, real users are finding different ways the vivo Y31d fits into their everyday lives.

For work days that don't stop

For business owner, content creator, and actress Kate Yalung, a typical day can mean juggling multiple roles at once. Between long drives and filming days, she also needs to stay connected through business messages and calls, while capturing photos and videos along the way.

After using the vivo Y31d for two days, Kate shared, “I can't believe the vivo Y31d kept up with everything on my schedule for 2 days straight. From long drives and filming days to business messages, calls, photos, videos, and everything in between.”

What stood out to her was having less reason to worry about finding a charger throughout her packed schedule. Powered by a 7200mAh BlueVolt Battery, the vivo Y31d is designed to keep users going through long days, while 44W FlashCharge helps provide a quick boost when needed.

For Kate, whose work often takes her from one place and role to another, having a phone that can keep pace means being able to focus on what the day calls for.

For trips that turn into stories

For travel content creator Kero Fernando, the vivo Y31d joined her on a three-day trip to China, where he decided to use the device during her travels.

“Mukang may tatalo na sa social battery ko? haha. Last 3 days in China and decided to bring my vivo Y31d with me,” Kero shared.

While exploring a new destination, Kero enjoyed using the vivo Y31d for scrolling, taking photos, and shooting videos, making it a natural part of her travel routine. From capturing moments along the way to simply scrolling during downtime, the device kept him connected and entertained throughout the trip.

His experience highlights how the vivo Y31d can easily fit into a lifestyle that does not stay in one place. Whether discovering somewhere new, documenting the experience, or simply enjoying some downtime, the phone is ready to be part of the journey.

For life that happens on the road

For riders, meanwhile, the road is the workplace. Every booking, call, route, and waiting time is another part of the day's journey.

One rider shared how the vivo Y31d became a companion throughout his working day: “Nakakatuwang isipin na mula umaga hanggang gabi, may kasama ka sa bawat booking, bawat tawag, bawat biyahe. Sa init, sa ulan, sa traffic, at sa paghihintay… tuloy pa rin ang araw," Kwaps Channel shared.

With a 7200mAh BlueVolt Battery, having enough power to stay connected throughout the day can be especially valuable for those who rely on their phones while working on the road. Its IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance also gives users added confidence when navigating unpredictable outdoor conditions.

Different lifestyles, one reliable phone

From a creator moving between shoots and business responsibilities, to a traveler capturing moments overseas to a rider spending the day on the road, each vivo Y31d user has a different routine, a different pace, and different demands.

Yet across these experiences, the vivo Y31d fits naturally into the way they live, work, travel, and move. With its long-lasting power, fast charging, and durable design, it is built to keep users connected and ready for whatever their day brings.

Whether it is a packed workday, a spontaneous trip, or another long day on the road, the vivo Y31d is made to go wherever life takes you.
