Olive Oil - from the selected ripe Galilee olives, crushed into pure oil at a local press, just as they were 2000 years ago. The oil represents holy anointing by the power of the Spirit of God.
Soil - taken from several regions of this extraordinary land and combined into a single mass; then sifted, cleaned and flattened until every grain is a separate, distinct entity.
