Cove Manila is introducing the newest bar lounge in Entertainment City: the Sunset Lounge.

At Okada Manila, The Sunset Lounge is one of the main areas of Cove Manila, as keeping its reputation as a world-class entertainment space, and in addition to its indoor beach club and nightclub.

The Sunset Lounge features an intimate view of the Manila Bay sunset, giving guests front-row seats to this spectacular and world-famous sight through Cove Manila’s temperature-controlled dome.

The Cove Manila Sunset Lounge goes beyond being just a hotel lounge or a typical bar as it is launched with Sunset Sessions, a perfect sunset party with chill-out music, artistic performances from Okada Manila’s resident performers World of Wonders, and other live acts specially programmed to ensure that guests not only feel relaxed, but also entertained.

The Sunset Lounge offers an unparalleled place to unwind after a hard day’s work, with Sunset Sessions as the best way to kick back with live music, delicious cocktails, and good food.

The signature cocktails are classic cocktails with a Cove Manila twist. 

• The Cove G’ n T (PHP 400) is Gin Mare blended with grape fruit bitters, olive brine, and finished with tonic water.
• The Spicy Whisky Sour (PHP 500) is Jim Beam, spiced honey water, and celery bitters. 
• El Saraboso (PHP 400) is the finest blackberry liqueur blended with Cazadores Reposado Tequila, apple juice, and agave syrup, finished with ginger ale.

Cove Manila’s Chef de Cuisine, Paul Jean-Baptiste Cottanceau-Pocard crafted the bar menu, serving up elevated bar chow options, including the Choripán (PHP 480), which is Argentinian sausage, sourdough baguette, old-fashioned aioli, salsa criolla, chimichurri, and house-made pickles with French fries on the side; and Cornflake Chicken Fingers (PHP 470), which are marinated cornflake-breaded chicken tenders with parmesan and honey mustard dressing.

Cove Manila launched the Sunset Sessions at the Sunset Lounge in partnership with Hennesy V.S.O.P. Privelege , March 5, 2018.

Sunset Sessions take place from 5 PM to 12 midnight on Sundays to Wednesdays, and from 5 to 10 PM on Thursdays and Fridays, marking the perfect day-to-night transition from sunset cocktails to nightclub drinks.
