The evening concludes on a sweet note with tibok-tibok panna cotta drizzled with muscovado syrup, complemented by curated wine, cocktail, or mocktail pairings.

“Our intention was to create a menu that reflects the emotional arc of love,” says Food and Beverage Manager Ria Rosal. “And Filipino flavors provide familiarity, allowing diners to connect with the experience on a deeper level,” adds Sous Chef Rowell Manahan.
