Enhancing your Home with Sony's Complete Entertainment System

“Filipinos love entertaining at home that is why it is important to choose products that can help you design your home regardless of the space or environment you have and at the same time, provide the family with a variety of entertainment choices. With the complete home theatre systems available at Sony, we are giving families more reason to stay at home and enjoy quality time together,” said Allet Velves, Head, Home Entertainment System, Sony Philippines.

Designing the family room can be a challenge for everyone, most especially when it comes to setting-up the home entertainment system that you and your family need. Most people usually find it difficult if the space is small and there are just too many wires used to connect the television to the player and speakers. Sony has what consumers need when it comes to designing the family room with its complete home entertainment systems and current line of sound bar products.

Flexible to use and place anywhere at home, Sony’s sound bar speakers are packed with features that complement the signature superior sound quality that only Sony is able to reproduce.

“We know how challenging it is to design the family room and set-up a home theatre system in a small space. Consumers always demand for great sound quality and unlike other sound bars, we at Sony focus on products that deliver an immersive true home theatre experience that is easy-to-setup and enjoy,” said Nobuyoshi Otake, President and Managing Director, Sony Philippines.

For condo dwellers, match the size of your family room or living space with a home theatre system that allows you to maximize space but still provide you with the aesthetics that complement the look of your home. Choose a sound system that will best fit the space; sound bars are a good option when you want to lessen the clutter.

The Sony sound bar delivers powerful sound despite its size and position in the room. With numerous speakers and sound systems available in the market today, it is good to know what can actually deliver and provide the best sound quality that will fit your family needs.

Packing powerful sounds in a small body, Sony brings its HT-ST7 sound bar speaker, one of its first entries into the premium sound bar category as well as its HT-CT370, Sony’s entry-level sound bar that both provide high quality audio and immersive cinematic experience.

The HT-ST7 incorporates nine independent speaker drivers and seven discrete amplifiers. Using both Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio decoders for high definition audio decoding, this system delivers the master quality sound experience with deep, clean bass from its high quality dual driver wireless subwoofer. Each component is meticulously designed to deliver the best audio reproduction possible, which results in great imaging with a wide sound stage, something traditionally found only in larger component based home theaters.

If you want something simpler but delivers clear quality sound, Sony also provides the HT-CT370 sound bar that comes with 300W of power that will surely make your favorite music and movies sound bigger than ever. Featuring an enhanced sound space, the HT-CT370 pushes sound wider and further into the room so it becomes more realistic wherever you sit. Also using both Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD, it allows you to enjoy movies just the way the director intended.

For more information on Sony’s full line-up of home theatre systems, head down to the nearest Sony Centre to check out the latest products or visit the website at www.sony.com.ph.

http://www.myrnaroman.com/2012/02/health-benefits-of-drinking-water.html

Drink Water ... always

Water makes up almost 75% of our body and is absolutely necessary for life. Water is the elixir of life, it we cannot exist.

There are plenty of health benefits of drinking water. Drinking water makes us feel good. Start your day with a glass of fresh drinking water.

This is also in addition to the fluid we get from the food we eat. All non-alcoholic drinks count, but water and lower-fat milk are healthier choices. When the weather is warm, or when we get active, we may need more fluids. Drink and drink water to stop us getting dehydrated. Keep bottles of water around or carry a reusable bottle everywhere with you as a reminder to keep drinking.

Whether you’re trying to lose weight or you simply want to look and feel healthier, one of the best ways to rid your body of harmful toxins is to drink water.

And try for healthier options

Most people think diet and exercise spell instant perfect health. While fitness activities and low fat diet can control weight gain, it is equally important to release wastes and toxins from the body.

Unhealthy diet and lifestyle can hamper the efficiency of the body’s digestive system. Instead of flushing out wastes it stays in the colon and in time, it can block the body’s natural detoxification process.

Located in the large intestines the colon performs an important function of absorbing nourishment from digested food. Nutrients like water, electrolytes and vitamins, are sent back to the body for better regeneration. The colon is also responsible for keeping the body safe from harmful toxins.

Body waste accumulation can result from lack of exercise, low water intake, too much processed meat, sugar and carbohydrates in the diet, carbonated drinks, alcohol, and caffeine and believe it or not—stress. Wastes that stay in the body longer can lead to hormonal imbalance, insomnia, constipation, acne diarrhea, fatigue and other related illnesses.

The best way to keep the colon healthy is to regularly cleanse it from harmful wastes.

Zen Medical Institute recommends colonics therapy for better digestive function.

Zen Medical Institute, medical science, creativity & aesthetics come together to reveal your beauty from inside out.

Known for its holistic approach that combines medical science, aesthetics and creativity, the programs and treatments offered at Zen are performed by licensed medical practitioners.

Colonics is recommended for those who wish to improve their digestive function for a healthier and sexier body. The cleansing procedure is called peristalsis. A small hose (very small only .5 cm) attached to a hydrotherapy machine is placed in the rectum and flushes out waste with warm water

Apart from improved digestion, colonics refreshes the entire body system. With the toxins eliminated, the body now feels light and relaxed. The mind is also cleared from stress, giving the skin a youthful glow.

Dr. MJ Torres, head physician and owner of Zen Institute recommends colonics for weight management. "Regular sessions can help the body lose as much as 20 lbs in 21 days. Each session lasts between 50-60 minutes.

Even those who are relatively healthy will find the treatment beneficial for flushing toxins. "If you are really conscious about your body it is recommended that you have it four times a year. If you do not get enough fiber from vegetables, drink a lot of alcohol, basically unhealthy diet and lifestyle, then you should have it more often,' she said."

Colonics also encourages the growth of good bacteria that easily boosts the immune system.

The Zen Institute is located at 69 Scout Rallos St., Tomas Morato, Quezon City (02-441-1712/02-412-2528); Ground Floor, Bonifacio Technology Center, 31st St., Corner 2nd Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig (02-856-2027); and at the St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center, Maharlika Highway, Bgy. 2, Sto.Tomas, Batangas (+43-778-4811).
