4 safe and painless ways to rejuvenate the skin with Hello Glow

“Skin rejuvenation” is a very popular term for skincare products that give life to dull and dry skin. However, the common notion is that a “rejuv” can be painful, intense, and even dangerous because of the harsh chemicals that they contain, often resulting in red, sore, and peeling skin. The truth is, rejuvenating one’s skin can be painless and safe.

Hello Glow Advanced Rejuvenating Set is a complete blend of high-tech active ingredients that work to give your skin the glow and refreshed look, a safe and natural way.

The Hello Glow Advanced Rejuvenating Set comes with Low pH Hydrating Cleanser, Get Bright Toner, Ultralight ++ Matte Sunscreen with SF 30, and the Nourishing Night cream. Hello Glow uses professionally compounded active ingredients like AHA’s, PHA’s, Bakuchiol, Niacinamide, and Micro-encapsulated Retinol to effectively rejuvenate skin, balanced with Hexylresorcinol, Centella Asiatica, Ceramides, and Hyaluronic Acid to prevent irritation that aims to improve and clarify skin texture, unclog pores, and treat acne. Safe for all skin types, great for dry, normal, combination, and oily skin!

So how does one safely rejuvenate the skin?

Here are some safe and painless steps to achieve that rejuvenated, youthful and glowing complexion:

It’s important to wash your face daily with a cleanser to exfoliate dirt that you may have accumulated. So, first things first, wet your face and apply the Low pH Hydrating Cleanser in slow and circular motions. Leave for two to three minutes before rinsing then pat your face dry.

Next, apply the Get Bright Toner on every corner of your face with a cotton pad to help soak up oil and remove dirt from your skin.

Third, apply the Ultralight ++ Matte Sunscreen with SF 30, at least fifteen minutes before you go outside to make sure that your skin absorbs the ingredients. This oil-free moisturizer comes in a gel form that is easily absorbed by the skin and it dries matte without any white cast or greasiness, perfectly comfortable to use under makeup.

Lastly, apply a pea sized amount of the Nourishing Night Cream to your face up to the base of your neck. Make sure to do these daily before bedtime so you can wake up with a skin that feels fresh and moisturized!

Get that healthy glowing skin with these simple and safe steps with Hello Glow Advanced Rejuvenating Set for an affordable price of PHP 360, available on Hello Glow’s official store page on Lazada and Shopee! Healthy working relationships promote good work-life balance

Increased productivity while achieving common goals, trust and respect among co-workers, furthering one’s career with strong support in the workplace, development of long-lasting relationships, and, more importantly, a healthy work-life balance is positive results of having a good relationship with co-workers.

These were emphasized in the topic of the 10th edition of the Department of Education’s and Globe’s TAYO NAMAN! (Tulong, Alaga, Yakap at Oras para sa mga Tagapagtaguyod ng Edukasyon)14-part webinar series hosted by DepEd School Division of Cagayan.

Raymond A. Magpantay, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Philippine Mental Health Association (PMHA), Inc. and ambassador to the Philippines for the non-profit No Bully based in San Francisco in the U.S., led the discussions about “Connecting and Building Healthy Relationships with Co-Workers.”

He shared with educators and parents who attended the webinar the different types of conflicts in the workplace, barriers in establishing good associations, how to manage conflicts, and techniques to establish and ensure healthy relationships.

“Filipinos value closeness and relationships with their family, friends, and co-workers. This is why we need to establish boundaries, assert ourselves and learn to self-regulate our emotions and reactions in different situations so we can really develop and sustain meaningful relationships at work and at home. Once we achieve this, we will be able to harness the power of learning from one another and the virtues of being humble and open,” Magpantay said.

Managing boundaries is the key to ensure that we do not leverage relationships unfairly or create an environment of favoritism. The seminar also emphasized the need to treat each team member with equal care, consideration, and respect. Whenever possible, it is important to include other people in work projects to further diversify our knowledge and perspectives. Importantly, we must be able to say NO even to our work friends to develop a culture of trust in respect.

“The pandemic has derailed many social activities and physical connection with friends, colleagues at work, and in some cases, even with family members. We are one with the DepEd and our teachers to help relearn, repair, and rebuild these relationships that are very important to our mental and emotional well-being. Through this initiative, we hope to reach more educators, parents, and students who feel burdened by isolation. Hindi po kayo nag-iisa. Sama-sama po tayo,” said Yoly Crisanto, Globe SVP for Corporate Communications and Chief Sustainability Officer.

DepEd’s TAYO Naman! is an online Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) program for all education advocates, including teachers, non-teaching personnel, and parents. It is spearheaded by DepEd’s Disaster Risk Reduction Management Service (DRRMS) and Bureau of Human Resource and Organizational Development (BHROD) Employee Welfare Division in partnership with Globe’s Global Filipino Teachers (GFT) Series on Psychosocial Support Services, the Philippine Mental Health Association, Inc., MAGIS Creative Spaces, and Unilab Foundation.

The webinars are held every Friday until August 27, from 8:30 to 10:00 am and streamed live on Facebook thru: DepED Philippines, Deped DRRMS, and Globe Bridgecom.

Globe strongly supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly UN SDG No. 3 on providing good health and well-being and UN SDG No. 4 for quality education. Globe is committed to upholding the United Nations Global Compact principles and contributing to 10 UN SDGs.

Search for “Pinoy Big Brother Kumunity Season 10” housemates begins this September on Kumu

ABS-CBN’s “Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Kumunity Season 10” begins its search for new housemates as it gears up for another season that will show to the world the excellence, strength, resourcefulness, and goodness of Filipinos.
Toni, Bianca, and Robi, back as main hosts

After last week’s big announcement on the return of the popular reality show, auditions for the Adult Edition will officially open on September 1 to 30 via the Pinoy community platform Kumu. The upcoming tenth regular season of “PBB” will also feature Celebrity and Teen Editions.

“We wanted to give viewers something new. Matagal na rin kasi na wala tayong celebrity housemates na group. The last one was Lucky Season 7 pa. Ngayon sila ‘yung magsisimula ng season then followed by adults and teens then sa dulo may mangyayaring twist na dapat abangan,” said “PBB” creative head Marcus Vinuya in the virtual media conference held on Monday (August 30).

Also present in the event were ABS-CBN entertainment production head and Star Magic head Lauren Dyogi and hosts Toni Gonzaga, Bianca Gonzalez, and Robi Domingo, who expressed excitement for the return of the program.

“Doing ‘PBB’ is like a part of our lives already, nina Bianca and Robi. This is our second home. And it’s always a big blessing when we are given an opportunity to the another season para sa ating mga Kapamilya,” said Toni, who has been a part of “PBB” since it started in 2005.

According to Bianca, who was part of “PBB Celebrity Edition 1,” the entire “PBB” family is grateful to be together again to bring light and joy to viewers during this pandemic.

“Kita mo ‘yung saya nung tao…‘yung fans na sobrang excited na sumaya, ma-inspire. Kasi in the middle of everything na pinagdaraanan natin grabe ‘yung joy, ‘yung inspiration, ‘yung hope na nabigay nung last season sa napakaraming manonood,” she said.

Robi revealed that they have been wishing for another season as early as the “PBB” Season 9 Big Night.

“Just like the theme, ‘yung pangarap pwedeng magkakatoo. Saktong-sakto few months after the Big Night eto na we’re gonna have the auditions for the tenth season of PBB,” said the runner-up of “PBB Teen Edition Plus” who is now one of the most in demand hosts and respected youth advocates in the country.

Lauren, meanwhile, expressed his joy of seeing the trio together again for another “PBB” season, as well as other ex-housemates who have also remained part of the show in one way or another.

“Every time I see ex-housemates also getting their lives better, it gives us the motivation and the drive to continue with ‘PBB.’ Kasi ito talaga ‘yung patuloy na kahit papano nagbabago ng buhay. That experience alone, of auditioning and being a housemate, talagang may maidudulot itong mabuti sa inyo. On behalf of ABS-CBN management, we would like to thank Kumu for partnering again with us for this new season,” he said.

Meanwhile, other ex-housemates shared their memorable experiences and lessons learned inside the “PBB” house and also gave tips to aspiring housemates during the “PBB Kumunity Season 10” Party last Friday (August 30) on Kumu.

“Natutuwa akong malaman na hanggang ngayon ay pinapahalagahan ninyo ang mga alaala ninyo sa loob ng aking bahay at patuloy na isinasabuhay ang mga aral na natutunan ninyo bilang housemates. Naway patuloy kayong maging ehemplo sa mga susunod pang magiging housemates ng aking bahay,” Big Brother told them.

To audition for “PBB Kumunity Season 10,” hopefuls just need to download the Kumu app, create an account, and upload a 1-minute Kumu clip where he or she will introduce oneself and say why he or she is deserving to become a housemate, and use the hashtag “PBBKumuAdults.”

Auditions for Adult Edition for those who are 20 to 40 years old will be until September 30, while auditions for the Teen Edition, for those 15 to 19 years old, will begin on December 1 to December 31 and will use the hashtag “PBBKumuTeens.”
