YMP Lead’s session focused on ways to stay mentally healthy while Ateneo Bulatao Center’s session was centered around steps to take when an employee is in distress. The mind health webinars will also be conducted for employees of PhilCare and Generali.
mWell also formed a groundbreaking partnership to make employees of the Philippine Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) winners in wellness. This is the first-ever collaboration between a Government Owned and Controlled Corporation (GOCC) and a digital health app. With mWell’s holistic approach to wellness, PAGCOR employees can now
consult with over 1,000 doctors 24/7 using their health passes. They can also monitor their physical activity, step count, and sleep using the mWellness Score, an exclusive daily health tracker found on the mWell app. To reward them on their way to wellness, mWell created the PAGCOR Steps Challenge, the in-app competition encourages employees to increase their step count to move up the leaderboard to win exciting prizes.The mWell@Work sign-up event was held in PAGCOR Pasay, Manila, and Tagaytay.
