Why the realme C100 is the Best Student Survival Tool

Long-lasting battery life, military-grade shock resistance, and an optimized experience — all the essentials for students on the go.

As students head back to school, having a dependable smartphone can make everyday campus life easier. From attending classes and finishing schoolwork to staying connected during daily commutes, the realme C100 is built to deliver the battery life, durability, and reliable performance students need to power through the day.

It Keeps Up With Your Student Life

The realme C100’s 8000mAh Titan Battery stretches up to 1.7 days on a single charge, so students can focus on classes and activities instead of stressing over battery warnings or looking for a powerbank. It’s also built to last well beyond the school year, retaining up to 80% battery health even after seven years of use. And when life gets physical, the realme C100 holds its own – its IP69 Pro durability and Military-Grade Shock resistance mean it keeps working even after getting soaked in the rain or dropped up to two meters.

But surviving the day is just the start, the realme C100 is also designed to make that day a little better.

It Enhances Your Daily Routine

The device’s 6.8-inch 120Hz Ultra Bright Display with up to 1200-nit brightness makes it easy for students to read messages and catch up on lessons even under bright outdoor conditions. And when the battery runs low, the 45W SUPERVOOC Charging gets them back to 50% in just 46 minutes, so there’s no reason to slow down.

But the realme C100 doesn't stop there. It’s 50MP rear camera is reliable enough for school requirements and capturing everyday moments with classmates and friends. Pair that with up to 256GB storage, students won't have to worry about constantly deleting old files and photos just to free up space.

Additionally, the realme C100 is equipped with NEXT AI features that integrates smart tools into the realme UI to help optimize connectivity and device performance, while also supporting productivity and content creation. This makes everyday tasks easier to manage, allowing students to stay efficient and connected even outdoors.

It Goes Beyond the Essentials

Even during long study sessions or back-to-back classes, the Hyper Cooling technology keeps the phone from slowing down. It's also loud enough to fill a room, whether students are watching videos, taking calls, or just listening to Olivia Rodrigo’s songs between classes – thanks to the device’s 400% Volume Speaker. And with its Blooming Design and 48-month Fluency Optimization, the realme C100 is a phone that looks good and stays reliable long after the school year ends.

Availability and Promos

The realme C100 is also available on installment through Home Credit's 0% Interest Program at official realme stores and partner retailers nationwide, with terms of up to 18 months. Students and parents can also score a free Privilege Card and PHP 2,000 discount, with total freebies worth PHP 3,499.

Where Beauty Meets Science: Experts Tackle Their Brightest Chapter with MyColla C

Entering your 30s can feel like the start of a more intentional chapter. It is the stage when many women begin listening to their bodies with more care, choosing routines with more purpose, and looking for wellness habits that support how they want to feel each day.

That conversation was brought to life at My Brightest Chapter, the recent MyColla C launch event that gathered beauty, science, and lifestyle voices to help women better understand collagen, skin wellness, and the daily choices that support confidence from within.

Beauty, Science, and Collagen Conversations

At the heart of the launch was the talk segment, where guests heard expert insights on collagen, aging, and skin health in a way that felt practical, not intimidating.

The science-centered discussion featured Dr. Maika S. Slatensek, who helped explain what collagen does in the body, how collagen production changes over time, and why women may begin to pay closer attention to skin firmness, hydration, and radiance as they enter new life stages. “Collagen helps support the structure of the skin. As the body matures, natural collagen production changes. For many women, this can show through skin that feels less firm, looks dull, or needs more support than before,” said Dr. Slatensek. She framed collagen as part of a daily wellness rhythm, not a one-step answer.

Dr. Slatensek also discussed Marine Collagen, the main ingredient in MyColla C, as one of the sources women may encounter when exploring wellness supplements. “Marine Collagen is a familiar option in skin wellness because it is commonly used in products made for daily beauty support. It is sourced from fish and is often associated with Type I collagen, the type closely linked to skin’s structure. When hydrolyzed, it is broken down into smaller peptides, making it easier to include in a daily routine.” The doctor also stressed the importance of choosing an approach that fits one’s lifestyle as well as pairing it with the right nutrients and being consistent with long-term care.

Meanwhile, the role of Vitamin C was one of the key points in the discussion. It’s an important nutrient in conversations about skin structure and renewal as it is an integral part of the collagen-building process. Dr. Slatensek added: “Vitamin C is involved in collagen synthesis. That is why the conversation should go beyond collagen intake alone. We need to understand how nutrients work together in the body.”

The talk segment moved from science to real life with lifestyle content creators Jackie Go and Apple Mendoza, who shared insights on confidence, self-care, and stepping into new chapters with more ease. Go, a digital creator and lifestyle maven known for championing intentional living and motherhood, brought a grounded perspective on caring for oneself while moving through different roles. Mendoza, a host, real estate professional, and creative content creator who balances career, passion, and personal growth, added her own reflections on showing up with confidence through change.

Their participation gave the discussion a personal lens, especially for women balancing work, family, wellness, and the desire to feel good in their own skin.

Inside My Brightest Chapter

Beyond the panel, the event was designed as a celebration of womanhood, confidence, wellness, and connection, giving guests a place to reflect, learn, and take part in moments that made the event feel personal and engaging.

The Campaign Video was also shown, which introduced the heart of the “My Brightest Chapter” narrative and helped frame brightness not as one fixed idea, but as something women can define for themselves through confidence, self-care, and the chapters they choose to step into.

Guests also experienced My Brightest Pages, a journal-inspired wall where they wrote intentions and affirmations, and My Brightest Portraits, a professional portrait area that captured them in their brightest light. They also took part in the My Brightest Era Quiz, a personalized activity that helped guests discover their wellness and lifestyle “era” through quick questions on energy, daily habits, rest, aging, and self-care. Each result connected back to a state of brightness, from On-the-Go and Reset Mode to Steady State and Peak Mode.

The afternoon continued with My Colla Mix, a hands-on drink activity where guests created their own MyColla C blends using fresh ingredients and flavor pairings. Together, these touchpoints became a guided experience around beauty, wellness, and feeling supported from within.

MyColla C:
Daily Support for Skin Rebuild and Collagen Renewal

The product conversation flowed naturally from the event’s core theme. Combined with proper diet and exercise, MyColla C offers 3000mg Premium Hydrolyzed Marine Collagen with Vitamin C, made for women who want to support skin rebuild and collagen renewal as part of their daily routine.

Together, they offer beauty support from within, especially for women who are beginning to notice early signs of aging and want to meet those changes with care, not fear.

MyColla C is available in drink format and in chewable tablets, giving women a more convenient option for busy days. It comes in Strawberry Milk Powder, Unflavored Powder, and Strawberry Milk Tablet, available at select drugstores including Watsons, Mercury Drug, Southstar Drug, Rose Pharmacy, and St. Joseph Drugstore.

Schneider Electric: Smarter Systems Key to Continued Progress in Visayas and Mindanao

Cebu, Philippines — The energy challenges facing the Philippines are not new. But as investments, infrastructure developments, and energy pressures converge across Visayas and Mindanao, Schneider Electric, a global energy technology leader with 190 years of innovation expertise, is forging partnerships with the regions’ industries, building owners, and government institutions to accelerate the shift toward more resilient systems through electrification, digitalization, and automation. At Innovation Day Philippines 2026: Powering Progress through Future-Ready Industries, held on June 24 at Bai Hotel in Mandaue City, the company outlined how this framework for progress applies across sectors.
With government, business, and industry leaders convening in Cebu, Innovation Day Philippines 2026 advanced the conversation on electrification, automation, and digitalization, and how Visayas and Mindanao are leading the energy transition. [L-R: Engr. JP Claudio, Visayas and Mindanao Operations Director, Ayala Property Management Corporation; Anton Perdices, Chief Operations Officer - Distribution Utilities, AboitizPower Corporation; Ireen Catane, Country President, Schneider Electric Philippines; Atty. Nancy Aurora Fajardo, Executive Director, Energy Regulatory Commission; Hon. Greg Gasataya, Mayor of Bacolod City; Allan Roy Calderon, SVP - Corporate Solutions Head, UnionBank of the Philippines; Engr. April Joy Medico, Economic Zone Deputy Administrator, Mactan Economic Zone; XingJian Pang, East Asia Zone President, Schneider Electric; and Felix Taguiam, Regional Governor for Central Visayas, Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry.]

--------------------------------------------

● Schneider Electric said electrification, digitalization, and automation are already proving foundational for long-term resilience across the regions.

● The company added that energy resilience has become a business imperative, as rapid development, tightening grid conditions, and global shifts highlight the need for reliable and efficient infrastructure to support long-term competitiveness.

● Cross-sector collaboration is critical to scaling solutions, with Innovation Day Cebu serving as a platform to strengthen partnerships and advance sustainable infrastructure development.

--------------------------------------------

As Visayas and Mindanao continue to attract investments and expand infrastructure, the systems supporting this growth are evolving and Schneider Electric is helping accelerate that momentum. The company said electrification, digitalization, and automation are already proving foundational for long-term resilience across the regions.

“Together, this strategy provides organizations with greater visibility and control over energy use, enabling a more responsive and efficient approach to operations,” said Ireen Catane, Country President of Schneider Electric Philippines. “As energy reliability becomes increasingly critical, these capabilities help improve operational performance and efficiency.”

Building on the region's momentum

As development accelerates, Visayas and Mindanao are already building the infrastructure foundation for long-term growth.

In Visayas, investment approvals reached PHP 27.96 billion across 22 projects in 2024, along with developments such as the New Cebu International Container Port and upgrades to the Bohol-Panglao International Airport. In Mindanao, World Bank-approved projects are expected to improve transport connectivity and health services for at least 19 million Filipinos. As these developments progress, their continued success will depend on energy infrastructure that is resilient, efficient, and intelligent; and managing demand has become as important as securing supply.

Recent power outlooks show the Visayas grid may continue experiencing yellow alerts despite imports from Luzon and Mindanao, while Mindanao’s reserve margins are also expected to tighten in coming years. Energy resilience is becoming a key factor in business continuity and long-term competitiveness across both regions.

Global pressures

During the event, Schneider Electric highlighted three global forces: rising electricity demand outpacing grid expansion, rapid digital transformation, and shifting supply chains that favor resilient and efficient regions. The company said sustainability has become a business requirement tied to efficiency, resilience, and competitiveness.

“Visayas and Mindanao are already in this environment. By understanding where and how energy is consumed, organizations in these regions can make better decisions that reduce costs, improve reliability, and support growth,” said Harold Lim, Country Solutions Head of Schneider Electric Philippines.

The case for collaborations

Innovation Day Philippines 2026 convened industry leaders, government officials, and developers for a day of dialogue on the future of energy and infrastructure in the Visayas and Mindanao.

Atty. Kvyn Honoridez delivered the keynote message on behalf of Mandaue City Mayor Thadeo Jovito “Jonkie” Ouano, alongside Atty. Nancy Fajardo, Executive Director of the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC). Their addresses were followed by segment spotlights on grid modernization, urban development, and manufacturing automation.

Panel discussions and fireside chats featured Hon. Greg Gasataya, Mayor of Bacolod City; Anton Perdices, Chief Operations Officer – Distribution Utilities, AboitizPower Corporation; Engr. JP Claudio, Visayas and Mindanao Operations Director, Ayala Property Management Corporation; Engr. April Joy Medico, Economic Zone Deputy Administrator, Mactan Economic Zone; Felix Taguiam, Regional Governor for Central Visayas, Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry; and Allan Roy Calderon, SVP - Corporate Solutions Head, UnionBank of the Philippines, alongside Schneider Electric leaders. The event concluded with a call to action for stakeholders to collaborate on pilot projects and regional initiatives.

Building a more resilient energy future for the regions will take more than technology, it will need collaboration across government, regulators, and industry partners. "Strengthening partnerships across the public and private sectors is key to building systems that support long-term growth," said Atty. Norman Ocana III, Head of Government Affairs of Schneider Electric Philippines.

The confluence of rising investments and energy pressures has made electrification, digitalization, and automation necessary. Innovation Day in Cebu advanced the conversation on what that transition looks like at scale and how Visayas and Mindanao are leading it.

Named as the world's most sustainable company by TIME Magazine and Statista for three consecutive years, and recognized by Corporate Knights and Sustainability Magazine for its sustainability leadership, Schneider Electric has helped industries and institutions worldwide expand access to clean electricity, reduce emissions, and strengthen operational resilience.
