Teleperformance, the world’s leading provider of outsourced omnichannel customer experience management services, unveiled its bigger and better Recruitment Center at the company’s business site in Ayala Avenue corner Amorsolo Street, Makati City.
Inspired by a modern minimalist design, the new recruitment center features a cozy and spacious lounge – complete with an internet hub, a coffee station, and shelves with reading materials – where applicants can feel relaxed while waiting to be interviewed.
“We want our prospective employees to feel the warm and friendly work environment that Teleperformance is known for, and this begins in the job application process,” said Travis Coates, Teleperformance Philippines managing director.
With the passion to care for its people, Teleperformance ensures an enjoyable experience for job-seekers. “Applicants can enjoy free unlimited servings of coffee and tea, read books, browse the internet or watch movies at the lounge,” said George Dy, vice president of recruitment at Teleperformance Philippines. “We follow a seamless application process, so we can provide qualified applicants their job offer at the quickest possible time,” Dy added.
Travis Coates led the inauguration of the new recruitment center with a ribbon-cutting ceremony that was graced by government and industry representatives including Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Chief of Staff Louie Biraogo, Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Program Manager Emmy Lou Delfin, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Senior Investment Specialist Anna Karenina Buenafe, and Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) Executive Director Genny Marcial.
Coates shared his positive outlook on the continued growth of Teleperformance.
“We are proud to announce that we at Teleperformance will be celebrating our 22nd Anniversary in the Philippines this year. Since our establishment in the country in 1996, we have continuously grown and provided stable and progressive employment for many Filipinos. And living up to our anniversary theme, “22 years of Passion for Caring,” we want to show a fresh new energy and focus on growth that begins with our warm and caring people, who are all committed to providing excellent customer experience and interactions every day and in every situation,” Coates said.
Teleperformance acquired its Ayala business site in 2014 and is one of the biggest sites of the company in the Philippines, with close to 5,000 employees providing outstanding customer service to various clients across multiple industries. Strategically located in the country’s premier financial district, the new recruitment center is expected to facilitate more employment opportunities for career-seekers.
Teleperformance invites applicants to visit the new recruitment site at Ayala Avenue corner Amorsolo Street, which is open Mondays to Saturdays, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
