But we focus on major seven chakra of the body.  Chakra Healing has been practised since ancient times in Ayurveda and Yoga meditations. When our chakras are blocked then the energy cannot flow through the body which may cause blockages and in turn can cause diseases in the body.

If you notice the Chakra’s are located on the same area of our body which is the location for our 7 major endocrine glands of our body.  In ancient times we did not know the endocrine glands but the healers were aware of these specific areas of the body that are so important to human body that blockages can cause certain conditions.

So Chakra Meditations Chakra healing therapies has been practised since ancient times in India and now is widely practised around the world.

The Body has many Chakras, but Chakra Healing Therapy is mainly concerned with the major seven chakras of the body.  Each of these chakras are found next to the hormonal gland of our body. They push vital force energy (also called Chi, Qi and or Prana) through the body to ensure vitality.
Chakra massage is important for everyone to have as it will balance the chakras of the body, and energy called Prana can flow through easily around our body as in general will help the body to heal itself.  We will sleep better,  can cope with stress and have positive feelings within the body. Coca-Cola opens the Christmas Holiday by Tree Lighting Event at the Araneta Center

The Christmas holidays are fast approaching. Spreading  joy and happiness and bringing smiles to the faces people, Coca-Cola opens the Christmas Holiday by Tree Lighting Event at the Araneta Center.  Many happy people watch the actual lighting of Coca-Cola Christmas tree. The giant Christmas tree stands 100 feet and with over 10,000 lights.
The tradition of happiness lives on at the Coca-Cola Tree Lighting last Saturday November 9! This is a towering reminder to the Filipinos to let happiness live on. Families and friends gather around the biggest tree in the country to collectively open happiness.

Despite a trying year, the Filipinos continue to show the rest of the world what it means to be happy. Faced with economic, social and environmental challenges, we turned these into an opportunity to show that even though we are beaten to the ground, we find ways to rise up and collectively buoy each other up back to happiness. Thus, our nation’s collective happiness is brighter than ever. Coca-Cola is inspired by this unique Filipino story.

On its 100th year, Coca-Cola pays tribute to the Filipinos for believing in happiness. The magical season of Christmas is the perfect backdrop to rally the Filipinos to continue believing in happiness. Coca-Cola sparks among us this season that it is not about the big gifts nor the big gestures that make Christmas special, but rather the small and meaningful things that we express and share with one another – the warm and welcoming spirit, the acts of generosity and even shared meals - to make someone happy.

Coca-Cola kicked off the tradition of happiness through a simple celebration. A Grand Christmas Salu-Salo was prepared and shared among the attendees. The salu-salo table was joined by Coca-Cola and Araneta Center officials, media, Bb. Pilipinas winners, and a roster of Kapuso and Kapamilya.

The celebrities from Kapamilya  network who joined the event were KZ Tandingan, Matteo Guidecelli, Enrique Gil, Jessy Mendiola and Joseph Marco. From the Kapuso, stars joined the the event were Thea Tolentino, Alden Richards, Louise delos Reyes and Jeric Gonzales.

This celebration was hosted by ABS-CBN’s  Robi Domingo and Megan Young. X-Factor Philippines Grand Champion KZ Tandingan performed and she sang the official Christmas theme song of Coca-Cola entitled “Ako.”
I'm glad to see my friends, the OPM boyband 1:43 performed as the finale number.

Everyone enjoyed this celebration with the flowing food, and giveaways,  cupcakes, cotton candy, popcorn, ice cream and  the refreshing Coca Cola drinks!

And what better way to enjoy all of these yummy treats but be complimented by no more than the Filipino family’s meal partner for 100 years—Coca-Cola.
Cecile Alcantara, President of Coca-Cola Foundation Philippines and Adel Tamano, Public Affairs and Communications Director of Coca-Cola Philippines shared exciting news on the delivery and soon turnover of the 100th schoolhouse in Matuog Elementary School, Tayasan, Negros Oriental. This is a response to the commitment made earlier in the year to bring more happiness to Filipinos by providing access to quality education.

Coca-Cola President Guillermo Aponte also gave an inspiring message that highlighted the importance of 100 years of happiness. The Coca-Cola President headed a toast joined by celebrity guests, government officials, Araneta Group Officials and media friends. This symbolized the company’s commitment to open more happiness to Filipinos in the next 100 years to come.

Through this annual celebration, Coca-Cola continues to inspire and encourage Filipinos to share more moments of happiness.

Coca-Cola encourages you to go and make someone happy today, because we believe that the more happiness we share, the more happiness will also return to us.

Enjoy the wonderful world of Coca-Cola! To the next 100 years of happiness!

Blue Market : Weekend Markets at Ateneo

Here's fun, festive, exciting, and enriching experience, and many things to different people!
In celebration of our silver jubilee, we, the Ateneo de Manila High School Class of 1987, bring you the Blue Market - a weekend fair with a twist. Not unlike the usual Saturday-Sunday bazaars full of great deals, curious finds, and gastronomic delights, the Blue Market serves up all that, and so much more. It is a special batch fundraising project, in support of social entrepreneurs, student business initiatives, and similar micro enterprises, for the benefit of the Tulong-Dunong Foundation and the Philippine Province of the Society of Jesus.

Beyond providing a venue for buyers and sellers to come together, the Blue Market is a vehicle for helping social enterprises and student ventures take off at minimal cost, with a ready clientele. As a natural draw for members of the Ateneo community, as well as residents of neighboring villages such as Xavierville, La Vista, and the like, the Blue Market easily assures these incubating endeavors of a constant and loyal customer base. This gives them instant access to a large group of shoppers with tremendous purchasing power, and affords them a unique opportunity to understand, interact and build relationships with a broader spectrum of consumers they would otherwise have little chance of tapping.

For some, an innovative product or a particularly worthy advocacy may find favor with benefactors willing to throw their full support to see such ideas and undertakings to fruition. Aside from this, the Blue Market is also a valuable marketing resource. It can provide significant exposure to the various social enterprises via its website, and promote their products and services to an infinitely wider audience.

For market-goers, this is a chance for spending time with family, touching base with old friends, forging new partnerships, relaxing, unwinding, and sharing blessings while making great new finds and savoring the joys of shopping. It is a simple yet effective outlet for lending support to young companies and apostolate communities, and in so doing, taking part in nation-building and the empowerment of the less fortunate.

The Blue Market is many things to different people. It is a unique and solid launch pad for young, commercial undertakings. It is a practical learning lab for budding entrepreneurs. It is an arena for giving back to the community. It is a fun, festive, exciting, and enriching experience, where everyone can answer the Ignatian call towards being men and women for others.

The Blue Market, a fundraiser by the Ateneo de Manila High School Batch of `87, takes place November 17-18, and 24-25, between gates 1 and 2 of the Ateneo de Manila parking lot in front of the Blue Eagle Gym, right along Katipunan Avenue in Quezon City.
