MMDA launches seamless NCAP and anti-littering payments via GCash

• Motorists can now go cashless in settling MMDA NCAP violations, anti-littering, and other fees through GCash app Bills feature.

• Lower convenience fees make settling violations easier for all motorists

To make fine payments more convenient for Filipinos, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and GCash, the country’s leading finance super app and largest cashless ecosystem, are introducing the updated MMDA biller page on the GCash app. With this enhanced integration, motorists can now settle their No Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP) violations and other MMDA fees—such as anti-littering penalties—quickly, securely, and anytime on their mobile phones.

With direct biller integration within the GCash app, motorists can now enjoy a smoother payment experience with updated information and a lower convenience fee of only P7 per transaction.

“Making government payments easier and more convenient for the public has always been our priority. With this improved biller page, motorists can now settle their penalties anytime and anywhere, helping them save time and avoid unnecessary hassle,” said MMDA chairman Romando Artes.
