It's official! 'It's Showtime' has found its new home on GMA Network, airs staring this April

Another historical moment on Philippine television.

The momentous event between the Kapuso and Kapamilya network was held today (March 20) at GMA Network's Studio 7 as the noontime program It's Showtime inked a contract with GMA Network

.

Present during the contract signing event were GMA Chairman Atty. Felipe L. Gozon, President and Chief Executive Officer Gilberto R. Duavit Jr., Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Felipe S. Yalong, and Senior Vice President for Programming, Talent Management, Worldwide, and Support Group, and President and CEO of GMA Films Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes.

ABS-CBN Chairman Mark L. Lopez, President and Chief Executive Officer Karlo L. Katigbak, Chief Operating Officer Ma. Socorro V. Vidanes, and Group Chief Financial Officer Ricardo B. Tan Jr. were also in attendance.

It's Showtime hosts Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, Teddy Corpuz, Jugs Jugueta, Karylle, Ryan Bang, Kim Chiu, Ogie Alcasid, Amy Perez, Ion Perez, MC, Lassy, Darren Espanto, Jackie Gonzaga and Cianne Dominguez were all smiles during the event.

Jodi goes all out in revenge game in last three weeks of “The Broken Marriage Vow: The Shocking Part”

Once torn apart by her husband’s betrayal, Jill (Jodi Sta. Maria) is ramping up her efforts to protect her dignity and her son Gio (Zaijian Jaranilla) as her rage reaches new heights in the last three weeks of “The Broken Marriage Vow: The Shocking Part” on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, and TV5.

Jill has had enough of David’s (Zanjoe Marudo) scheming tactics as she made it clear to her ex-husband that she wants him out of her and Gio’s lives for good since they were unable to separate amicably. Despite Gio’s deep resentment, David’s interference in their affairs remains persistently dangerous.

Because of David’s obsession, Jill refuses to be dragged into his web of lies and is hell-bent on letting Lexy (Sue Ramirez), David’s wife, know that he isn’t done with his philandering ways - after confessing that she and David spent a steamy night together.

As her once seemingly perfect life spirals out of control, Lexy’s doubts about David’s infidelity will begin to haunt her. David, on the other hand, will remain coy about his wrongdoings as he struggles to maintain his relationships with not only Jill and Gio, but with Lexy and her entire family as well.

Meanwhile, Gio will continue to be caught between his warring parents as he struggles with his anxiety caused by the traumatic experiences within their family.

Will Jill succeed in protecting Gio by driving David and Lexy out of their lives? Will Lexy and David’s relationship survive their impending problems?

Aside from iWantTFC and Viu, “The Broken Marriage Vow” can also be seen on weeknights at 9:20 PM on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, TV5, and Kapamilya Online Live on ABS-CBN Entertainment’s YouTube channel and Facebook page. ABS-CBN launches new TV barkada to love in "Bagong Umaga"

A new TV barkada will inspire viewers and offer life lessons with their intertwined stories in ABS-CBN’s new series, "Bagong Umaga," which will air starting October 26 (Monday) on A2Z channel 11, Kapamilya Channel, and Kapamilya Online Live.

Follow Tony Labrusca, Barbie Imperial, Kiko Estrada, Michelle Vito, Yves Flores, and Heaven Peralejo in their journeys through life and as they discover the stories from their past that reveal their true connection with each other.

Her family’s tragic past will motivate Tisay (Heaven) to become a successful journalist. Amidst the hardship, she gets support from her parents Jose (Keempee de Leon) and Monica (Nikki Valdez), her adoptive brother, Dodong (Yves) and her best friend, Angge (Michelle Vito). 

Ely (Tony) falls in love with her because of her outlook in life. Like Tisay, Ely also has dreams of being successful, but as a doctor so that he can take his mother, Irene (Bernadette Allyson) and sibling, Gab (Ali Abinal) away from his abusive father, Matthew (Richard Quan). 

However, Cai (Barbie), Ely's best friend, will resent the budding relationship between the two and will try to keep them away from each other, even if it means using Dodong. 

Things become even more complicated when Otep (Kiko) tries to befriend Tisay to use her to avenge her family’s painful past. 

Follow the barkada as they navigate life amid the lies, envy, and anger. Find out what mysteries from their pasts will test them and eventually reveal how they are connected. 

Joining the six teens are premier actors Sunshine Cruz, Criz Martinez, Peewee O Hara, Glydel Mercado, and Rio Locsin. 

Under the production of Rizza G. Ebriega, “Bagong Umaga” offers another value laden series following the success of its previous shows, "Nang Ngumiti Ang Langit " and "Pamilya Ko." 

Don't miss the pilot week of "Bagong Umaga" from Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM on Kapamilya Channel on cable and satellite TV (SKYcable channel 8 SD and channel 167 HD, Cablelink channel 8, G Sat Direct TV channel 22, and in most channels operated by members of Philippine Cable and Telecommunications Association).
