This well-appointed 300-sqm villa is custom-designed for Mr. Pangilinan, Chairman, Landco Pacific and its parent company Metro Pacific Investments Corporation. With four bedrooms and modern amenities, the villa is versatile for relaxation, social gatherings, and business meetings. It also serves as the weekend beachfront home of Mr. Pangilinan.
