Produced by Saranggola Media Productions and distributed by Viva Films, the movie centers and highlights on the most important chapters in the life of Francisco “Isko” Domagoso, as a kid who grew up in the slums of Tondo who at an early age, knew the importance and value of hard-earned money and education.
His teen years wherein he experienced bullying, name-calling and rejection because of his necessitous condition and how this truth-challenged him to strive for a better life and how lady luck finally smiled at him when he became a teen-star in That’s Entrainment and the struggles and successes as movie star. His life as a politician is also in the movie, the tribulations and setbacks, the triumphs and victories of a dreamer who realized his aspirations.
Raikko, on portraying Isko as a boy says: “My initial reaction when I found out that I was cast as Isko, of course I was very happy because I was excited to portray the life of Sir Isko because I know there is so much goodness about him that will inspire many.”
“It was challenging to know that I will portray his life as a young boy, during the time of lime when he and his family was in their struggling stage,” Mateo carries on. “I prepared by feeling and understanding, and giving the truth needed, especially how Sir Isko as a boy, sees the condition at that time.”
Portraying the teen Isko is Mc Coy de Leon. Filling in the shoes of Domagoso as a politician is Xian Lim.
Ramon Christopher Gutierrez and Tina Paner play as the parents of Isko. Jestoni Alarcon essays Domagoso discoverer and manager, Wowie Roxas. Janno Gibbs stars as the star maker and the legend that was German Moreno. MJ Lastimosa appears as the wife of Isko.
Raiko declares: “The biggest lesson I gained from doing Sir Isko is pag gusto may parran, pag ayaw may dahilan. Si Sir Isko, gusto niyang makatulong sa kanyang magulang. Gusto niyang magkakita para sa kanyang pamilya. Kaya nagsumikap po siya.”
“You should watch the movie because it is inspiring,” concludes Raikko Mateo, “Maraming matutuhang aral, lalo na nga’t hindi madali ang buhay na pinagsimulan at pinagdaanan ni Sir Isko. He is living proof that dreams do come true if you work hard, pray and put love in every thing that you do.”
“Yorme” The Isko Domagoso Story, opens in cinemas this December 1.

Paolo Ballesteros, the “King of Make-up Transformation”, “Die Beautiful” star and one of the mainstay host of the longest-running noontime show of the Philippines “Eat Bulaga” teams up with Yam Concepcion in an unconventional love story from Viva Films, “Amnesia Love.”
Found unconscious by the beach in a remote island in Zambales, the character of Paolo Ballesteros is taken in by a compassionate couple (Lander Vera-Perez and Maricel Morales). When he wakes up, he cannot remember his name nor anything else. The couple’s daughter (Yam Concepcion) is skeptical about this guy’s condition, but is left with no choice but to let him stay in their home. Romance starts to brew between the two, but this amnesia patient displays some acts that are not exactly manly, and finds himself distracted by the sight of attractive men. When somebody from his past comes to shed light on who and what he really is, will the answers bring him peace or mayhem?
With a Best Actor award each from Tokyo Film Festival and Metro Manila Film Festival under his belt, Ballesteros said in an interview that he wants to keep making movies that would make people think. “Mapag-iisip yung tao… I want a good film na worth yung pagod.”

Gangnam Blues, directed by the iconic Yoo Ha, is the third part of his Gangnam Trilogy. The stories of these movies revolve around Gangnam, the street and the youth.
In Gangnam, the southern part of Seoul, during the height of political corruption, Gangnam Blues is an action "gangster noir" that tells the story of different political organization's clash. The movie has been described as a "gangster noir" set in the 1970s, when Seoul’s Gangnam district was still under development and “political powers and darker organizations collide as they seek to grab control of the influential and exclusive area. During the 70s, Gangnam was being transformed from a vast agricultural area into the modern hub that it is now.
Min-ho and co-star Kim Rae-won play orphans in a slum area, growing up like brothers. When their homes are bulldozed, they get separated, only to meet again years later as heads of rival gangs hired by powerful groups fighting over dominance of Gangnam.
It has scenes reminiscent of Coppola’s The Godfather. Watch this different movie this Wednesday, March 4, released in Tagalized version by Viva Films.
The movie is directed by Yoo Ha. Lee Min Ho plays the character of Kim Jong Dae, who gets caught up in the power struggles and ends up in a battle against his childhood friend and he treated as his brother Yong Ki, played by Kim Rae Won.
We heard this classic hit over and over again, Freddie Aguilar’s OPM classic “Anak” was used in the trailer of Korean superstar Lee Min Ho’s latest movie Gangnam 1970,” which was also titled “Gangnam Blues.”
Anak is played whole twice (the original version), first in the series of scenes showing Min-ho and his gang demolishing their rivals with a haul of bullets) and in the end as the credits roll.

From 'a very special love' that both 'changed their lives,' Laida and Miggy will start to deal with their new selves in the same old company where their feelings started to blossom. According to actor-director Rowell Santiago, who played as Miggy's elder brother, Art Montenegro in "A Very Special Love" and "You Changed My Life," it is not only the public who are excited in the nearing launch of "It Takes A Man And A Woman" but all the cast members of the film themselves.

Rowell admitted that he is still in awe with the huge following of Laida and Miggy's love story. "Ang nakakatuwa, hindi naman loveteam sila Sarah at John Lloyd at hindi rin naman sila real sweethearts, pero kinapitan sila ng tao dahil nagustuhan at nakarelate sila sa characters nina Laida at Miggy at kung saan patutungo ang love story nila Hindi na nila nakita sina John Lloyd at Sarah," explained Rowell.
Now that Laida and Miggy are reunited, will old feelings be rekindled? What was the real reason behind the break-up of a relationship that everybody thought was meant for happy ever after?

Well it just takes a star to get up so high One touch of blue to paint up the sky And it only takes a master of art To paint a mother and child
Well it just takes the dawn to wake up the sun One lullaby they do picked on But these wondrous things Aint got what it takes to make two hearts beat as one
It takes a man and a woman and one magic moment To know their in heaven It takes a man and a woman to feel what we’re feelin’ And aint it a miracle that you’d take a woman like me To love a man like you
Well it just takes a rainbow river to flow Just take something up to catch you a rainbow And if you got some time and a ladder to climb You’ll find the rainbows end
Well it just takes some notes to write a song La, la, la, la, to sing along But since Adam and Eve when feelings get strong To do what comes naturally
It takes a man and a woman and one magic moment To know their in heaven It takes a man and a woman to feel what we’re feelin’ And aint it a miracle that you’d take a woman like me To love a man like you
It takes a man and a woman and one magic moment To know their in heaven It takes a man and a woman to feel what we’re feelin’ And aint it a miracle that you’d take a woman like me To love a man like you
